I tried multiple times to have him fix stuff, but he didn't understand. He didn't do any of the normal manicure treatments and barely put a dot of lotion on my hands. I also asked for a water and was never brought one. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

I have had back "issues" for over 30 years. Had surgery in August 2014, but still had to get "treatments" every other week to deal with pain. I first came to Massage Envy in September 2016. The therapist that I was assigned to was a young man named Jacob. To be honest, I was skeptical, but I agreed to signing up for "monthly" massages. Jacob "dug in" and began "repairing" my back. Within 3 months (3 sessions with Jacob), I felt better than I had in decades. I literally have not been back to my doctor for "medicinal treatments" in 14 months! I am so appreciative of the care and service that Jacob has provided through Massage Envy, and I highly recommend them to my friends and family! read more

The therapists are all amazing and truely want to help you. The front staff were very professional and can tell they really care about the clients health and well being. The atmosphere is very tranquil and relaxing. They have outstanding customer service, go over and beyond to make you relaxed and welcomed. As a member, I would suggest going and trying it out. Ever since I have stayed on my wellness plan with them my sciatic issues and the years of hospital ridden migraines, I have not had an issue.
