For my birthday I received a gift card to ME for an hour massage. The gift card was under my name, so the staff would be able to find me easily. I was there in September as well. When the gift card was bought, they were told it was good for an hour massage + gratuity. I tried to book my massage online and it kept saying it was $95. I was confused because I was told it was a $55 massage (gift card had $68). I called in and spoke to Natalie and explained that I was upset because the gift card wasn't good for the massage it was intended for. The person who bought it would not have randomly said they wanted $68 on a gift card. Natalie told me it was fine and the online booking system can be weird sometimes and that the gift card will work for the massage! I was happy so I booked it on the phone with her. During this, Natalie had to of had my information pulled up to see that I was there in September.. Fast forward to after my massage, Mackenzie told me my total... which was $95. I didn't have the extra $40 to spend on a massage in which I was told was $55. I was told that it's only $55 every six months? I explained what I was told and after a few minutes the manager told her to just charged me the $55 price. During this, I received no apology for the miscommunication that was solely on their part. Why would I book a $95 massage if I didn't have the money? Very unsatisfied with the service from the front desk today.

I questioned Sara who is the office manger about how the paperwork should be submitted because Nicole misinformed me. Sarah assured me I would be fine and schedule me an appointment. I later then got a phone call from Sarah saying that Veronica thinks that it would be in my best interest to be seen somewhere else based on my medical treatment plan. I'm trying to figure out why my treatment plan wasn't studied or reviewed before my appointment was made. Veronica was supposed to get back with me about rescheduling an appointment and she never did. It's like she just didn't care about my mental health. I would not recommend this place I was taken in a circle for treatment, and I can't understand why. I know someone that works at this facility. I cannot say enough about the work Laudie does. I feel my overall health is better since I have been seeing Laudie. She also was willing to work with my insurance company. I notice a different when I don't get to her regularly and her impact on my quality of life has been significant. She also has provided relief for my knees and hamstrings that I have never had even after years of PT. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have probably been to over 20 LMTs and Laudie is gives the most effective medical massages I have ever had.
