You will hear other voices, sirens, TVs, and excessive chatter throughout your massage since this office is in a bustling salon loft building. So I would avoid if you're looking for a quiet/relaxing experience. The positives were that the therapist was nice and parking was easy. Overall, it was not worth the money given I had a specific request that was not fulfilled. I am disappointed that I didn't receive what I paid for.

For the appointment." Then came the next surprise. The Groupon was for a chair massage and reflexology, but she said she didn't even have a chair. For the chair massage she was advertising on Groupon?? Instead, both masseuses were just sitting there, totally available, and instead of honoring the Groupon they advertised, they wanted us to pay $160 out of pocket ($80 each). Apparently the Groupon was just there for decoration. Did I just get punked? Lady do you know much gas is?! So to recap: Bought Groupon Called and scheduled appointment Drove through thunderstorms and possible tornado weather Showed up on time Groupon honored Chair existed Massage received If you're not going to accept Groupon customers, don't advertise on Groupon. It'll save everyone time, gas money, and the joy of driving through severe weather just to be told the service you paid for is apparently imaginary.

When I contacted her about it and asked when I could return, she essentially said that she gave me a pedicure and had I wanted my heels treated that it would cost extra because that's an extra fee that needed to be discussed before the pedicure began so an extra fee could be charged. Yes, you read that right. I've been getting pedicures for decades and the bottom of my feet are always treated (remove dry skin) either a pedicure and no salon has ever asked me if I wanted the bottom of my feet's dry skin removed because it's always included. Vanessa said, "what did I expect for $22?" I said I expected what the advertisement said, "a regular pedicure." She's a scam artist.
