I was disappointed in my massage. Massage was extremely to hard on certain parts of my body (Im afraid i may have bruises) away with very overall tension reduction. I paid for an hour, massage and got a 45 minute. I arrived 5 minutes late, but had to wait on my therapist, then she ended the massage at 1:55pm, 5 minutes short of the hour I paid for. She should have been waiting in the lobby when I arrived, and she should not have ended my massage early.​ I specifically called ahead and stated I needed a full hour massage, if she could work on me till 2:15pm. I would have even paid extra for it. Also, I had to sign up for a wellness package just to not be charged $80 something dollars. The therapist was kind, but not intuitive to what I needed physically, and this massage was not worth the $69.95. Pay the extra $ and go to upscale salon for massage. read more

Do not support this business, absolutely do not buy gift cards! They will not honor them. Worst customer service experience!!! I bought a gift card for my mom for her birthday and Mother's Day and she booked her appointment for today. She felt sick the morning of her appointment and called immediately to cancel. They informed her they would still charge the card and she wouldn't be able to get a massage. She is a first-time customer and has never been to this massage place therefore was not familiar with policies. My issue is that I am the one who purchased the card, therefore I'm the one out money. I'm the known customer and have purchased gift cards and my husband and I have received massages there before. This would have been her first time there, and she was not aware of the policy to cancel a day before. In a normal situation she would have read the policy if she was the one who purchased the item. She booked the appointment via phone. She received a text message in attempt to confirm the appointment which indicated an email about the cancellation policy would be sent to her email. She was never provided an email from Massage Green. I called three times. The first time I spoke to someone she said she would call me back, she didn't. The second time I called, she said she spoke to Management and "it is out of their hands." The third time I called and asked for her to provide me the email the confirmation was sent to and she indicated she "did not have one on file." What a horrible way to run a business. Even doctors offices give grace for first time offenses as things happen! There was never a resolution, compromise, or alternative offered. They are willing to lose 3 customers and years of business over 1 first time visitor getting sick and calling to cancel plenty of time before the appointment?! What an awful way to treat a repeated customer. The person you gift gets sick one time and the purchaser loses their money? With no history of either being late or cancelling?! My daughter and I went the same day, one after the other because they only had one masseuse available even though we scheduled two weeks out. we both enjoyed the Swedish massage. $30 per 30 minutes. Not a place to go if you want to relax. massage therapist talked the entire time and I could not concentrate on the massage with all the questions. Also the hygiene could of been managed better of the person giving me the massage. when i tried the sauna it did not get hot but only lukewarm, after about 30 minutes i just left. While I have enjoyed prior experiences at The Green Spa my most recent experiences have been horrible including the customer service. Today I had a schedule appointment for 10am of which I contacted the spa and left them a follow up message to inform them of my reschedule. I contact the number provided to me at the time of my follow up call but was just informed today that despite my efforts and the reason for my reschedule I would still be charged the full amount of my appointment. I am disappointed by this experience as no customer should be charged for an appointment they could not attend due to Covid-19. Ecspecially after following the instructions given by the front desk associate, it is not the customers fault if they are provided incorrect information. It is neglectful for you to potentially put your other customers at risk instead of allowing them to cancel said appointment and reschedule after their illness has passed. After asking for a refund due to the circumstances and the level of miscommunication, I was met with a rude tone and an offensive attitude informing me that she had already spoken to the owner. I politely asked her to remove all future appointments from the Callender. I contacted another local spa that I not only booked an appointment at but offered me a free contemplatary first time spa due to TGS poor experience, I was informed this isn't the first bad experience they heard of there. Let's just say they will be getting a huge tip afterwards! Kind customer service and treating your customers right can truly go a long way. I hope The Green Spa finds new management and employees soon, it is such a shame my go to place has now become a headache instead of a place of peace. Update 11/28/20- I woke up to a double charge on my card and a call from my bank. Come to find out I was double charged for the appointment I was unable to attend due to covid. I contact the spa once more and spoke with a lady by the name of Tiara whom identified herself as the manager. First lie as this was the same person I spoke to yesterday whom informed me she had to reach out to the manager to begin with. I then asked to speak to the manager again due to a double charge and she denied my request. She then tried to tell me that there was no double charge and the only way to resolve the issue was to provide a complete bank statement and they will look into it, as there system has no way to double charge. Long story short I contacted my bank whom will now e reversing both fraudulent charges! This place and the employees are poorly educated and a horrible representation of what good business structure and customer service looks like. I am highly disappointed in this spa and my entire experience since my revisit. I would warn all future customers to stay far from this place! I am just happy I have been able to find a much better spa locally after this nightmare of a tale. Had was the worst massage ever . She could not have know what she was doing! I asked for a full body deep tissue and it was anything but that. It felt like I didn't get a massage at all. Don't even have words for the horrible customer service and treatment from the owner. I bought a infra red sauna package because I read it could help with concussions and was hoping it would help with mine before I leave the country for my wedding. It was broken but I was assured it would be fixed the next day. Three weeks later it still wasn't fixed so I asked for a refund. After getting the run around for a week and the owner and managers refusing to communicate to me the sauna finally got fixed and they told me it's against their policy to refund packages. That was never communicated to me and I still have heard nothing from the owner who's name they won't even give out despite the fact they claim I already spoke to her. I've suffered from a concussion for 4 months and just wanted to see if this would help before I get on an airplane and boat. Having these visits for when I get back defeats the whole purpose of getting them to begin with. Besides why would I now want services from a company who gave me the run around for a week and whose owner still refuses to communicate with me directly. Ahhh-mazing massage place! I took a chance and booked an hour-long introductory massage for $29.95. I didn't have a preference for a massage therapist, and got booked with Izzy. This guy is an incredibly gifted massage therapist! I asked for a combo deep tissue/swedish massage, and with just a couple of questions, he worked out my sore spots and left me floating on cloud nine! I had a gift card here to massage green spa and Im so glad I didn't pay for this with my own money. I've been to other locations before so I know when I say this was the worst massage I've ever gotten in my life and I will not be returning. The therapist barely even massaged, she would pause and have her hand on my arm like she thought she was massaging me but wasn't moving her hand? Her exhaling was just to top off how I couldn't count down the minutes any quicker..No pressure was put into the technique if you would call anything she was doing technique. I came here to relax and I left more stressed than I was before the massage.. so 60 dollars to get pissed off and stressed. Massage Green Spa is a place full of excellent massage therapists but Massage Green Spa is a corporate massage institution. Not only are their employees overworked but they are also severely under paid. They have a very high turn over rate from this. You can go one week and love your therapist and go the next week and they will be gone. Although the initial price is low to get you in the door, the over all experience is not worth it. Your " 1 hour session" is really only 50 minutes hands on, read the small print. At the end of the day I would support a Local therapist before returning to this business again. read more

THEY LOST $932 worth of funds that they had debited from my account while I was a loyal member. Absolutely terrible place with horrible customer service. My husband and I became members in 2014 and would go a few times. The massages were alright, we would randomly get a decent one so we kept going. As our credits built up we wanted to use them so we didn't loose them. Come to find out THEY HAD "LOST" $932 OF OUR CREDIT! After contacting them several times they said they would research it and call me back. After waiting over a month and filing a better business bureau complaint someone finally returned my call only to tell me that, yes, I was correct they had LOST $932 and the credits were now on my account for me to "conveniently use at any location." That is not good enough based on the amount of gross negligence they exhibited in handling my funds. I requested a refund only to be told I needed to go through corporate. That was TWO weeks ago and it is still not resolved. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER. read more

I went in for a great massage with Ivone and had a lovely time. I get a lot of massages. It was not the best but not the worst. It's not a true "Spa" but it is nice and clean and staff was nice. I tried to book again a month later for a Prenatal Massage, I use the easy on-line booking. I booked a time and date, only to be called a couple of hours later to be told the the therapist I choose did not do prenatal? I have to select the type of massage I wanted in the system before given therapist options...So why does the system show me therapists and times that are not qualified or available for my type of massage? When I was called to ask If I could switch my time for another time and different therapist....No one asked me any questions regarding my preganancy. I unhappily switched to a new time and therapist. Then showed up only to be told that they do not do first trimester massage. Even though all the new recommendations from the American Association of Pregnancy and other groups are saying it's beneficial and safe in the first Tri-master. Ok,..that thier peraogative to not do it. I'm ok with that. ... but this was a communication fail on many levels. Next fail communication fail...when I expressed my frustrations, the woman at the front desk implied the only reason she was talking to me calmly was because she knew I was right. From this I assume...If a customer complains and she doesnt agree?..What happens? She would get violent and verbally abusive? I in no way was being aggressive about my plight but was frustrated, so don't understand this truly unprofessional response. I will not be going back due to this statement more than anything. I found it threatening, threatening is not relaxing. I give it two stars because Ivonne was really nice and my first experience was good. Hopefully if you go, you your experience is closer to my first one than my second. read more
