I have been a member here for several years, and it makes me sad to have to write this review. I am still giving 5 stars because I do not want the actions of one or two employees to affect the overall rating of a place that I have otherwise had positive experiences with. About a month ago, I called to schedule several appointments for both myself and my husband. Since we have separate accounts, the process was understandably a little more complicated. The receptionist who assisted me was polite and tried to help, but unfortunately, multiple appointments were scheduled incorrectly. For example, I requested an appointment on May 27, but it was scheduled for May 28 instead. I repeatedly explained that I needed a Wednesday appointment because that is the only day I can take off work. Later, when I requested an appointment for June 14, it was scheduled for July 15 at noon instead. As a result, by the time these mistakes were discovered, there were no appointments left available in June. Again, I want to emphasize that she was very polite, and I am not trying to file a complaint against her personally. Another thing that added to my confusion was that I had received a confirmation for an appointment on June 14. However, when I called today, the gentleman I spoke with insisted that there was no appointment scheduled at all. This left me feeling very confused because I had documentation showing that the appointment had been confirmed. When I asked why my appointments had been scheduled incorrectly, he said he did not know. I accepted that answer and simply asked him to help me schedule new appointments. I admit that I was frustrated because I had been unable to get an appointment from late May through the end of June. The conversation took some time because I wanted a female technician for prenatal, I was trying to coordinate appointments with my husband, and we have separate accounts. I also needed to verify phone numbers and check my availability. After scheduling three appointments on three different days, he ended the call by saying, "Okay ma'am, thank you. Have a good day," without confirming the appointment details or asking whether I needed any further assistance. And I like "ok, thank you" then he hang off. If he was busy or unable to continue assisting me because the scheduling process had become complicated, I would have understood if he had simply suggested that I come into the office to schedule the appointments in person. However, I felt that the interaction was somewhat dismissive and not very courteous. I sincerely hope I am not being overly sensitive, but I have never felt treated this way here before. Many of the receptionists who worked here in the past knew me and were always kind, patient, and welcoming. I believe management should be aware of these experiences so they can ensure that the level of customer service continues to reflect the excellent reputation of this business. read more

Started my membership here and was quite satisfied with the experience and staff. I moved to Denver for work and the only option was the Thornton location, which is not good. Unfortunately I signed a 1 year contract and can't get out of it. This is not a good company, but the Dublin location was good though. read more

Do not sign up for a membership here! I went in to cancel my membership last month because I have over 20 unused credits. They only give you 90 days to use the credits you accumulate. If you don't use them with in the 90 days you lose all of your credits and you cannot share them with family & friends. I went in to the location to cancel my membership on July 20, 2024. They confirmed my membership was cancelled and my card will no longer be charged. Today (August 6, 2024), I noticed that there is another charge on my AMEX card for $79.99. When I called MH's, they told me that the person who cancelled my membership made a mistake and I was charged by mistake. But then she turned around in the same breath and said, oh well you owe Augusts payment and you have to provide a 30 day notice to cancel your membership. She said she'll put a note in to management and they may call you sometime this week. Who knows if I'll actually get a call back. I had AMEX block them from charging me again. After all of the unused credits I have, I could not believe the audacity they have to continue to charge my card and then on top of it, they tell me they require a 30 day notice like I have lease with them. Unbelievable! Also, I remember the contract being very long. That should have been a RED flag that Message Heights makes it extremely difficult to cancel your membership. Also, if you choose to cancel before your 1 year contract is up, they will make you pay out your remaining months to make sure they get all the money for the 12 months whether you want to continue with their services or not. I signed up in Jan 2023, I am well over my contract. And on top of that, the messages aren't that great, probably why I kept forgetting about going in. read more

WORST MASSAGE EVER . I actually was thinking about getting the monthly membership but this experience definitely changed my mind. I did not get flipped over. I was in my back the WHOLE TIME for 90 minutes. Nothing was clarified from my intake form. I told the massage therapist what I wanted and didn't even get that. I was left uncovered for the majority of my massage so I was freezing. The foot scrub was a joke for $25. I did get that refunded. The front desk staff is super nice and helpful. We are so glad Massage Heights moved in down the street from us. They are very well priced and usually have a spot open the day I call. If they are booked, they're also really good at calling me back whenever a spot opens up. I ended up getting a few gift cards for my wife that were on special over Christmas, and also a membership that greatly reduces the price of a massage. The rooms are top notch. Beds are comfortable and very clean. All of the masseuses I've had have been excellent. They were all pros and knew just what to do to fix whatever issue I was having. I also had no problem communicating with them on what pressure I wanted. I've been to plenty of competitors who are not great at keeping the same pressure. I had a good first experience here. I booked a 90 minute massage on the phone. I was greatly warmly upon arrival and led back to a room with Stephanie. She delivered an amazing massage and also gave me tips to relax my muscles and de-stress. I enjoyed being able to pick my aromatherapy options and the bed was heated. When I checked out, I was happy to discover that they have affordable membership options as well as 3 or 6 packs. Personally, I like to try and get a good deal, so I chose the 3 pack. My experience here has been hit or miss. It really depends on the therapist you get. Some are great and you can ask for them when you call ahead to make appointments, so find someone and stick with them. The front desk has been one of my main dissatisfactions because they also seem to be hit or miss in terms of how the staff is trained to swiftly book appointments and they do seem a bit pushy for tips when you finish your appointment. I've done the 6-month package 60 minute massages and ended if after that period. I would recommend getting the 90 minute massages because the 60 minute ones are about 50 minutes in reality after the check in portion. Overall glad I did it but I will continue looking. read more

I was told that I had credits left after fulfilling and ending my contract term. I booked massages to complete the remaining hours I was told I had. After completing one of my last services, I was told I hadn't had any credits and owed for that service. They automatically billed my card on file and refused to acknowledge that the only reason I booked the service is because they told my I had hours left. I am very disappointed with my current experience at Massage Heights. They seem to have next to no availability at the Dublin location close to my home. The last three time I have called to book an appointment I was told their soonest availability was 8 days, 11 days and today it was 10 days. When I signed up a couple months ago availability was plentiful, always same day or next day. Why am I prepaying monthly for a service they are unable to provide in a timely manner? I have massages prepaid here, but have finally started to get service elsewhere because Massage Heights has such poor availability. Today is 7/20/21 and their next available appointment is 7/30/21.
