(20/10 stars if I could!) This was our second time at Massage Heights Eldorado for a couples massage, and once again--absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, Destinee set the tone. She is charismatic, welcoming, and so kind--she immediately elevated our experience, just like the young lady who helped us on our first visit. Jason had a Swedish massage with Cheyanne, and while he's not a man of many words, his exact feedback was "amazing." That says it all. She gave him just the right amount of pressure, really tuned into what he needed, and I can confidently say--you cannot go wrong booking with her. As for me... I had Rosemary. Y'all--she is a total rockstar. If you're looking for a deep tissue, run--don't walk--to her. She gave me what felt like a hybrid of massage and physical therapy (in the BEST way possible). I've been dealing with serious shoulder and lower back pain, and she worked every knot with so much precision. She flowed with my breathing, listened carefully to my needs, and even gave attention to my arms and shoulder blades (which many therapists overlook). The stretching she incorporated for my lower back was next level. I honestly left feeling like a new person. What I also love here is that every therapist has their own strengths, so trying different people has been a huge win for us. Both times, both therapists--absolutely jaw-dropping good. The deep tissue massage was amazing and the face massage was also fantastic! So nice that they include your choice of aromatherapy. Garbage. They cannot keep therapists around. Our appointments are always being canceled. When we went to cancel our membership, it took months of calling to get anyone to acknowledge us. They say there is no manager at the location. Even after finally canceling our membership, we have spent months of cancellations trying to schedule the final credits that we have remaining only for the therapists to not be available. read more

On November 6, 2024, I visited Massage Heights EI for a facial. At that time, the front desk staff member, Milli, told me that if I subscribed for three months, the cost would be $89.99 per month, and I would also receive a free facial. Based on her explanation, I decided to sign up. However, after I signed the contract, she informed me that she had made a mistake and that the actual price was $99.99 per month. She then promised to give me a discount and adjusted the price to $89.99 per month, which was noted in my contract. Despite this agreement, HSA has been charging me $99.99 per month instead of $89.99. I have visited this location multiple times seeking a resolution, but the staff always tell me that they need to consult the owner, and then I hear nothing further. I finally contacted the retreat director in other store and she helped me contacted the owner to refund. Today, I received another $24 charge from crazy Milli, claiming it was for an add-on service on January 5. She mentioned that, since I am no longer a member, she failed to charge me $12 previously. First of all, I was still an active member on January 5. Second, you should have informed me about any issues before canceling my membership--instead, you closed my account first and then charged me double! To make matters worse, I never requested any add-on service on January 5. If you do not correct my bill and address Milli's behavior, I will pursue this matter in small claims court! read more

What my family just experienced was absolutely atrocious. My wife went to get her normal massage, as she has signed up for the monthly plan. She left her massage and asked about a gift that she bought for me at 228, because I didn't use it in time, the value just somehow disappeared according to the front desk person. Somehow this discussion escalated into the front desk lady ripping a paper out of my wife's hand and lying about who the manager was, because she did not want to be told on. My wife politely stood there waiting on her cancellation paperwork which they lady she could not print because her printer was not working. Instead my wife asked her to email it. The front desk person continued to get a attitude and eventually walked off without providing cancellation agreement. Where this whole thing gets worse is some guy comes up to the front and tells her none of this happened instead of showing a ounce of customer service. The last part is where the shocker comes in, the massage therapist, comes to the front and starts to try and shove my wife out the facility. We left because this could to went very bad quickly. This was all taken place on Christmas Eve. Way to show holiday cheer!!! Absolutely appalled by what happened today. Never again! read more

I've been a member since 2018, Ive placed my account on hold in the past & never been charged another fee. I have 12 credits!! That's 12 - 30 min massages. Now they want to charge $10/mo to use MY OWN CREDITS??!! What?? "This isn't new ma'am, its always been this way, they didn't set it up right before." .. . Nice. Guess who "they" are. . . Massage Heights. And Get this- when you late cancel a massage appointment, they deduct that from your credits (No problem- this is common). But if you cancel membership with credits, they will charge 1 more month-Period. They WILL NOT take it from your existing credits. WHY??? These folks are desperate for your cash $$$. Don't give them your business, THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!! You've been warned. read more

After a few months of trying out different therapists, I found Fitz. I have not booked with another therapist since finding him and always schedule around when he is available. He listens to what I need and will always adjust based on feedback. Fitz provides all kinds of pressure and is able to help my aches and pains from running. Great place if you are looking for an affordable massage membership. I really like this location because they have bed warmers that make you more relaxed and feel nice and cozy. The only issue that I have is that the staff turn over seems to be really high lately. Its hard to settle on one massage therapist for a period of time. This particular week, I had an appointment with Gretchen. She was very friendly and her massage technique for Swedish was pretty good.
