I just had a horrible experience here. Booked 60 minute facial that was so slow and not relaxing at all. While I had my 5-8 minute mask there was no hand or foot massage. Instead I had to hear her cleaning up her station. The 10-15 minute massage I did get a scalp rub, but I felt like I was being scalped. Massaged the same area of my head. Then she told me that there was a Groupon offer for a free ad on. I didn't even know Groupon was still around. I said since you told me the deal, then I should get it. "Oh know I have to charge you full price. Management won't allow it. So much for taking care of a new customer. Then the 90 minute massage, I was asked what she should focus on. I said head, neck, shoulder and back. Well my feet and legs and were done twice. I was so frustrated that the areas (except the back weren't getting little to no attention. Finally she asked at the end if I wanted a head massage. I quickly pointed out that's what I had asked for. Then she rubbed my head for about 3 minutes. I told the manager and his solution was to come back and he'd give me the same "special deal". I'm not sure what my deal was? 89.00 for facial (i tipped 10.) and $129 for massage. (I tipped 20.) That was the deal. Look, I've had plenty of facial's and massages in my life. This was the worst non relaxing experience. I'd think twice about going there. ps. I never write reviews. This just has me so angry. I understand these people have no power with management. But management needs to clean up their act. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience. Far from it! read more

Be very careful with this place. I tried to book a couples massage with them and one slot available for the day in 30 mins from calling. They wanted to charge me over $160, just me, because I've gone once in the last year and they wanted to charge my wife only $80.00 for the same thing, because she hadn't been there for a while. They then brought the price down to $79.99 for each of us. So I booked. That doesn't include the $25 each I included for facial massages on top of that. The lady then calls me back 10 minutes before the massage is about to start, while we're on our way, saying her manager wanted to up the price for me even more after already coming to a price on the first phone call when I scheduled it. That's the reason I scheduled it. Or have me pay for three months or six months and do some type of contract. So instead of collecting more money from me, they lost two clients. Permanently. I'm curious how the two massage therapist would think about that? Losing two clients because of the greed of the manager. You could've filled those slots instead they are empty. I've been in this type of industry for a very long time and as a manager, I would never pull what they did. I would rather of honored it one time as an exception over losing two clients completely and have that hour empty at my facility. There are plenty of massage places around. You don't have to be loyal and committed to this type of environment, place, or attitude. read more

After my massage, the employee said that there were no notes on my Massage Heights account about having 3 massages. Then about 20 minutes later she said there was a note about it, but she still made me pay full price for the massage. The receptionist was super nice. The cleaning lady came into the lobby talking on her phone, then began to watch a video or had it on speakerphone or something. Already wasn't a very relaxing visit. Got back there and my therapist was very nice as well but I ordered a deep tissue massage and it honestly felt like she was just applying lotion on my body the WHILE TIME. There was about 3 minutes she did a decent job on my neck area. Her and i discussed previously my problem areas and how hard i would like the pressure. I expressed how i wanted her to hurt me a couple of times because i need a goooood deeptissue massage. The music was ok but some of the songs on the loop were twangy like a country music without words? Idk. I still tipped 20 dollars because who knows, maybe she was tired for working so hard all day and yes my therapist still did her job, I just didn't find this experience calming, relaxing, satisfying whatsoever. Update: Turns out, they DO care if you're happy when you leave. I received a phone call after they learned of my dissatisfaction. I agreed to come back in and get a massage with one of the therapists they recommend for deep tissue massages. They made the scheduling process very easy and my massage with Cameron was one of the best I've had, and I have had a lot of massages. I am considering getting a membership and am very impressed with how they cared enough to make me a satisfied customer. Bad massage, bad customer service. They don't care if you're happy when you leave. I booked a deep tissue massage also put it on the form and told the masseuse that I wanted deep tissue, a lot of pressure and he won't hurt me. Despite all that I still did not receive a deep tissue massage. I even spoke up DURING the massage and said he can apply more pressure, that I have a lot of tension that needs to be pushed out. I had to self massage after he left the room just to feel sort of ok. Additionally, the woman at the front desk didn't care at all that I was unhappy. I came out massaging my own forearms and told her that I did not get a deep tissue massage in the slightest. I wasn't rude about it and made sure to stop speaking about it when the masseuse entered the room as I didn't want to offend. She should have tried to do SOMETHING to make me an even somewhat satisfied customer but nope, she just charged me and asked me if I wanted to tip. I did because I'm not a jerk but very little. If you want to be lightly rubbed to relax, this is the place for you but do not go here if you're looking for any kind of bodywork or actual massage. read more

I tried this place out for the first time and it's not bad at all. Staff is really friendly. I would say the only down fall is the prices although what else could you expect when you're doing maintenance on your body/skin? This location is very convenient and the staff are very friendly! They always remember you and are knowledgeable. I appreciate the wide range of hours and the membership fee is very reasonable! We went here for a couples massage. Hesitant at first because people had negatively reviewed the fact that this is a membership place. The massage was great! Clean and relaxing environment throughout. The price is reasonable and it's easy to schedule with them. Never once were we pressured into buying a membership (though if we lived in the area, I would have cut something out of my budget so that I could sign up). My monthly massage with Andy is the cure for what ails. I have had many massages over the years but the sessions with Andy are hand's down the very best. He uses strong pressure in combination with deep stretches to release tight muscles and knots from too much sitting hunched over my computer. The staff at Massage Heights is friendly and welcoming. So I have been here a few times and have never had any problems which is why I gave an additional star. However, tonight when I called to find a good deep tissue therapist for my husband since his two are not available, one just moved out the state and the other had surgery so we decided to call this location, it's the 2nd closest to home. I asked the receptionist, didn't catch her name who would be good, she said Cameron the manager who is over the other therapist so I asked what is his specialty, didn't think that was a hard question but it quickly turned into one. She responded with he does light, medium, firm and deep pressure which didn't answer my question so I asked the same question again but adding, is his speciality neck, back, stretches, etc which she responded with he does a full body Swedish massage. So now I am asking does he do Swedish or does he do deep tissue because I know everyone doesn't like to do deep tissue, for example my massage therapist will do deep but her preference is to stop at firm which wouldn't be enough pressure for my husband who has done construction for years plus I explained that to her when I first called. She also thought telling me he is a massage therapist was also answering my question. I just ended the frustrating call with thanks, I repeated a few things to my husband during the call since he was sitting across from me so after I hung up he said well I'm glad he is a massage therapist and not an accountant. After tonight, not sure I'll be back especially since my backup therapist which was at this location left so if I had to call here again, I'll call and drive to a different location further from my house read more

Not a good experience. The music was loud. I requested the therapist to lower the music to which she replied she could not. It was hard to relax with the music being so loud. Great atmosphere that is very clean and new with a convenient location to shop before or afterwards if you need to. I have to say the massage tables were probably the nicest i have ever been on and I'm a bit of a massage conniser having gone to most places in the city and beyond . Went in for a couples massage on a sunday although they didn't have a female available for a couples they were courteous and accommodating.
