Overall my massage was solid, I felt like my guy definitely knew what he was doing. I would have liked for him to focus more on my neck and shoulders but no big deal. The only thing that kinda icked us was the smell of the towels. My husbands smelled like mildew, maybe it wasn't dried well. That would be the only con here. All in all - prices are good and service is solid.

When there are no appointments expected, they leave the front office to work on rooms that were just used. Eg, placing them for washing machine, dryer, refreshing, cutting slices of pineapple, refilling, etc. The massage is always GREAT! I usually do a 120 or 90 minute but just now, finished a 45 minute. I wondered how they could finish me in 45. I have no expectations anymore, she was very thorough and stretched me so well in just 45 minutes. At the end of service, stay for a slice of cut pineapple and hot tea (or water). They use the prettiest plates and cups. They take both credit and cash and give you stamp cards ! First, the good: the place is clean, pleasant, and welcoming. The service is good, and everyone was sweet and courteous. My friend and I had planned a little foot massage day, and this place was convenient, so we decided to give it a try. For me, a foot massage means exactly that - a FOOT massage. Something relaxing and comforting, especially for people who walk a lot or are on their feet all day. Your heels, arches, and the front of your feet are the areas that really need that nice pressure and attention. That's kind of the whole point. Unfortunately, the description of the foot massage was very different from what I actually received. And just for context, I'm definitely not new to massages. I've had foot massages in many different cities and countries throughout my travels, so I have a pretty good idea of what a foot massage is supposed to feel like. This was NOT a foot massage. I feel bad saying that because my masseuse was a very sweet lady, but she spent almost the entire time intensely pressing and poking my legs with her fingers. It genuinely hurt. I asked her to go easier, but I don't think she understood what I meant. She seemed to think I wanted less pressure overall, when really I was trying to explain that her fingers were literally poking the heck out of my leg bones. Meanwhile, my actual feet were barely touched. My heels? Not once. It was mostly constant rubbing and finger pressure on my legs, which was honestly the opposite of what I came in for. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money for me. I also didn't feel guilty about not tipping because my experience was genuinely uncomfortable and not at all what was advertised. I actually feel bad leaving this review because everyone was nice, and everything else about the place was great. I'm leaving this mainly as feedback for the business. Either the description of the service needs to be more accurate, or the massage therapists need to be trained so the service actually matches what's being advertised. After this experience, I personally wouldn't feel comfortable trying their other services because now I'd be wondering whether those descriptions match the actual service either. Really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, this one was a no for me. Sorry, but no thank you.

They have the worst customer service I have experienced in the area, and the manager is the most condescending person I have seen. They booked two appointments for me, and since I didn't have my planner, I believed when a lady called me and said I was late for my appointment. I ran to the place and received a 40-minute facial instead of a 60-minute one. I apologized multiple times for being late, but I was confused about the whole situation. Finally, when I got home, I realized what had happened and returned to show them it was their mistake. I thought they would apologize, and instead, the manager treated me as if I were nothing. She said her system was perfect, they had never had any problems with booking, and I was late for the facial. When I tried to show her the text messages with the TWO appointments, she refused to see them and said, "MOVE ON." I was appalled because she was dismissive and condescending. I told her I didn't want any reimbursement; I just wanted them to know there was a mistake. She responded that it could have been a "human error," but it was not clear whose error. And that "to her," the mistake was mine because they sent me multiple e-mails and a text message. I could "feel" this lady's negative energy all around me, so I realized that I didn't want to see her never again in my life. I asked her to cancel my two subscriptions (my daughter's and mine) right there. And she wondered why. Now I see that I must cancel my credit card just in case there is another "human error." I should have read the reviews before going to that place. It is a shame because my facial with Sara was amazing, she was very kind and professional, and the products were excellent. I understand that their services are more accessible than in other places, but customers are human beings who deserve to be treated with respect no matter what their income is. read more

Be very wary of the packages they are selling. Make sure you know the specifics before you agree. They want you to spend $59.99 per month for a year and you get one massage a month for that year. When looking at the fine print on mine, I noticed that it automatically renews unless I send a letter in writing canceling the service. So that is exactly what I did. Not long afterwards, I noticed my credit card was still being charged. I called the location and they were no help. I went down to talk to the manager. She told me their policy had changed and I should have contacted the specific location instead of sending a letter to their corporate office. She told me she would cancel my subscription but I had only 30 days to use the 7 or 8 massages I had built up. Of course I didn't use them. I believe the right thing to do would have been to refund the extra money I was billed since sending the letter of cancellation. At least give me more than 30 days to use the massages I had PAID for. The reason she gave me only 30 days is because she knew I wouldn't use them. If I got massages that often I wouldn't have 7 built up. Very poor handling of the situation and poor customer service. Massages were fine, comparable to other spas that are less expensive. read more

I was kind of hesitant to come into Massage Heights because of my previous, not so great experience at other facilities that offer massage at low rates, but I had to check it out after great reveiws that I heard from my friends. I went in for the $39.99 massage and I couldn't believe how nice the place was compared to Massage Envy. They did a great job making it feel like a spa, but yet still keep it affordable. My therapist even gave me a sample of a hotstone massage and let me add it to my session in the middle of the massage for only $20!!! At the end of my massage they gave me delicious lemon water and the girls at the front were so helpful. I signed up for one of their programs and it lets me get a free hotstone added to my massage every month. I also love that you get free aromatherapy with every massage as well. I have already scheduled my next appointment in 2 weeks and can not wait to share this experience with all of my friends and family. read more

I've been a member at this spa for several months now, and I can honestly say they go above and beyond to make sure every client has an exceptional experience. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and professional. What really stands out is the management team. On the rare occasion I've had an issue or concern with a therapist, management has always been incredibly proactive, attentive, and quick to make things right. That level of customer care is hard to find these days and speaks volumes about how much they value their clients. A few therapists are not only highly skilled and experienced, but also genuinely friendly and caring. Went for my first massage yesterday (12/3/2016) and was treated like gold by everyone. Lydia is a great masseuse! She listened to my expectations, limitations and needed areas of attention and did a wonderful job. During the massage she adjusted her approach as we discussed details. She is pleasant, professional and an excellent listener. She unfailingly applies the proper pressure and makes good suggestions about exercises I can perform at home to improve tight and sore areas. I was brave today, well, sorta, the whole COVID thing. At 67 I have to be extremely careful. I had a massage with the amazing Kyoko Miura. I was very impressed by the care Massage Heights took regarding COVID and felt very safe in terms of their COVID security measures. I can't say enough glowing things about Kyoko. I followed her to Massage Heights years ago and she consistently gives me a massage that not only feels good but rejuvenates my tight and tired muscles. I LOVE Massage Heights. It's conveniently close, it's super clean, it's less expensive than Burke Williams but offers the same quality of service. Staff are always friendly and most massage therapists have been excellent. The few I have found average have been let go. By far the most outstanding masseuse is Diane W. She listens carefully and truly implements one's requests, working most skillfully on troubled areas. She doesn't ignore any tight muscles and uses the right amount of pressure. She always seems to know just exactly what you need and manages to make a deep tissue massage very relaxing at the same time, something that not all massage therapists can do. She also has a few little signature things she does that enhance the experience. I lost her for awhile when she left the BodyCenter Day Spa but she is so good I took the time and tracked her down to Massage Heights. I came here a few months ago and fell in love! First of all, after calling many places looking for a couples massage they were the only ones that had an actual couples massage room available. We booked it! And let me tell you! It was amazing! You can pick your own aromatherapy scent, which I loved. My boyfriend had enter had a massage so he was in heaven, the only thing he was upset about was how his lady didn't really focus on his lower back as much as he would have liked. I started visiting Massage Heights because it was less than 5 minutes from my home, and I wanted to make massage a part of my monthly self-care routine. CAMILLE is my absolute favorite. Have been through a couple since and they are o.k. but what I have found is they don't stay at this location for very long for whatever reason. I'm sure they are getting tips because they have TIP SIGNS everywhere. The tip signs are annoying so hopefully they will remove them. read more
