Idk it was the complete opposite of what I had last time. Last time I said i wanted medium pressure so i said the same this time expecting some firmness but after a while of what felt like petting, I asked if she could just do "hard pressure" and she did for about a second and went back to sitting on my butt and rubbing my back like i could of had my boyfriend do at home. After that she covered my back and set her phone on the bed and i could feel it buzzing which I thought was a little unprofessional given my glutes were exposed right before that. Anyway she rubbed my legs and flipped me over and i will say it was a great face and scalp massage but other than that she literally pet me for an hour and I didn't feel any relief at all.

I was expecting it to be like the rest of the reflexology/chair massage places I had been to, but this one blew the others out of the water! It's clean and quiet. My therapist, Jason was professional and very skilled! They actually have Thai massage bars on the ceiling of the room that I was in, although I don't know that he ever used to them, he was definitely fully on the table with me a few times. Even though my certificate was for a Swedish massage, this definitely was not that, but way more therapeutic! Lots of long strokes, stretching, and deep pressure, which I like. They have the public room for chair massages, but they also have a few private rooms, which was where I ended up. I was asked to only undress from the waist up, which allowed for an amazing back massage when I was Face down. Then when I flipped over, I was of course covered on top, but since I still had my leggings on, he was able to do some really great stretching with me in that position. I assume the language barrier was the issue & she didn't understand what I was saying. Overall it was a nice relaxing massage & I'm glad I only paid $25 for it. Original price stated $80 then the discounted price was $35 & I had $10 off do that's why it went down to $25. If I had paid $80 original price then I would have left very unsatisfied. While it is not cheap, it's worth it. You get ushered back to the bathroom to change. You have your own locker that you can put all your stuff in and lock, so very secure. Very nice bathrobe and sandals to put on and then you go into a waiting room. Very calm and serene. A couple of different flavored waters to choose from and snacks if you're so inclined. Waited in there about 10 mins (you can bring your phone but come on people - you're here to relax. Put the flipping thing in the locker. You can disconnect for an hour). My masseuse came and collected me and ushered me to a nice quiet room. She listened to what I wanted her to do and left me to get under the sheets. The room was nice and warm and I was never cold. The massage was WONDERFUL. I needed a deep tissue and she delivered. Within 2 days my shoulder and neck were worlds better. After the massage they take you back to the bathroom. I super appreciate that there is a shower. The only downside of massage is having that oil all over you and getting dressed again. Loved the shower - very clean and great towels. Highly recommend and will return!

They're definitely not up to date with invoices capabilities if you need that, but they can hand write a receipt. They don't have a fancy scheduling system, but they're going to do their best to get you taken care of. And once you're in that bed or chair - nothing matters anymore. You are their focus. I have experienced two masseuses here - they were both intuitive and asked for preferences and pressure intensity regularly. Not the fanciest joint around - but I look for my muscles and body to be taken care of - and they did just that! Thank you Gudy!
