This place is laughable. Cheap stuff they use some plastic wal mart foot massager for your "foot bath" with some dead flowers, second comes the massage where she'll continue to do it so fast the entire time you won't know what's happening next. After that, you have a "sauna" which is a cheap one person sauna that isn't even hot enough or worth to be called that, then comes the facial...the facial comes from a cheap mask you can get at wal mart she'll roll some random things on your face and call it a day. I have had actual spa experiences and this place is NOT it. Oh and they'll tell you they're in competition with massage envy...this place is NOT worth ten dollars on the full experience it was laughable. I WAS one of your customers! Been coming here for about 6 mos now. I normally get a massage bi weekly from here and/or other spas in dfw... so I'm confident in saying the therapists here are THE BEST! Sara is a miracle worker. Love the ease of being able to schedule online and can usually get same day spots. As far as ambiance goes- it's not the "spa" experience without luxurious dressing rooms, robes, etc. However, if you want really great actual massages, it's the best. I like that they really tailor the session to specific ailments. Cupping and hot stones offered for the 1.5 and 2 hrsessions (Not sure about 1hr- I've never done shorter that 1.5 here) at no additional charge. Nice touch. Also they close the session with a bottle of Fiji water and Lindt truffle. Payment is required prior to service- not a problem but just wanted everyone reading this to know what they can expect. read more

Received a gift certificate for a couples massage at Massage Inn which also has a location in Arlington, unfortunately we werent able to use the gift certificate there due to new owners. The price at this location was $20 more expensive and they werent able to honor our couples massage without the $20 extra even though we drove 40 minutes to be able to use the gift certificate. They also told us we should have been able to use it in arlington however the woman in arlington wouldnt allow us to. The massage here was okay, the paperwork we filled out at the beginning (where you circle your tension areas on the body diagram and check the box for which type of massage you'd like) i marked specific areas but it seemed like there was not a particular focus on those areas. I also did not select certain options such as sports stretching or cupping but they still preformed those things on me and my partner during the massage. Personally, was not a fan of the cupping and i wish i had known it was coming or had the opportunity to opt out. I dont know if those things are standard practice for their couples massages but i found it to be more deep tissue / hard style massage instead of the swedish/relaxation style massage i had selected on the paper which made me feel like the paperwork was kinda for nothing. Overall, it was just okay. The gift certificate thing wasn't really their fault but I think they could have honored it as a courtesy, i dont think i'd return here since i dont live in near dallas. Would recommend if ur looking for specific massage therapy options such as cupping, back-walking, sports stretching, etc... Couples massage with my Hunny was so awesome! Our therapists were great! They found our tension spots and worked them out nicely. The bedding was clean - felt & smelt fresh. We're here on vacation & saw this place across from our hotel. So of course I had to check Yelp! I'm glad we stumbled on it. We plan on getting one more massage before we head home next week! The only thing I found unusual about this place was that they want you to pay before getting your service and there are no refunds. Hmmm... Made me second guess if I should proceed with it but I'm glad we did. They provided us with nice, cold bottles of water & a handful each of Lindt chocolates for both of us as we left! So let me start by saying I've been coming here for YEARS. At first everything was great. Than Sara referred me to another therapist since she was out of town. This therapist did cupping on me and it was so bad that I had bruising for over a month from the cupping and in so much pain. I told her that i would leave a bad review and she said please don't that the lady was new. So i didn't. Now i booked with another new therapist at 1pm because Sara has been out of town for 2 weeks but had an emergency come up with my children so i called and hour early letting her know that and needed to reschedule for a later time at 7:15pm. She confirmed okay. I told her that it wouldn't let me reschedule the time online and that It said to call. She said ok 7:15 is fine. An hour later at 1:06pm she texts me saying it's not available anymore. Obviously she forgot to block out that time for me and another client booked that time. This establishment must be doing something illegal because the lady had a full entire empty schedule. There's no way that it's going to be fully booked up within less than an hour and she brand new. I came in to see Olivia for a 45 minute massage and it was AMAZING! This was the best massage I ever had and I usually get massages once every 3 weeks for the past 4 years. I stayed at a hotel across the street and was able to get a same day appointment. I have to admit the name of this place had me a bit skeptical! Good thing I didn't judge based on name. My first visit was with Sara. Sara was extremely knowledgeable and informative. I typically don't enjoy conversations while being massaged however, it was very relaxing convo so I didnt mind it. The pressure was perfect, and the cupping & stretches made it all the better. I've been extremely tense lately so I knew 60 mins wouldn't do the job. I went back a few days later but Sara was off, so I had the pleasure of meeting Vicky. Who was just as amazing as Sara! My wife and I visited the Dallas area from California for 6 nights. We stayed at a hotel across the street. We were exhausted when we arrived an we saw this place. We booked a 1 hour couples massage. It was fantastic and much needed. They were very professional and thorough. Well worth the time and money. They were skilled knowledgeable masseuses. We left with a bottle of cold water and chocolates. We immediately booked another session for the morning we were leaving. You can book by calling or book online. Well, As soon as I arrived I was greeted by an employee, did not understand her english very much. She asked me what my appointment was for?? I booked online!! after that she then presented me "the bill" , I had to pay before the service!! and also I had to include a tip for a service I had not received yet!! I already was very skeptical, but I was already there and agreed to pay ahead. I was then directed to a room, very dark with a "sheet" made of red velvet fabric! !! to cover myself!! walls were painted a very dark depressing red color,,, no white clean looking sheets!! a little too depressing and creepy for me. The "masseuse" then came in and again, I barely understood what she was saying. I had never experienced such a "stressful" massage before,,, honestly after she "stood" on me and tortured me and was so ready to finish!!
