Took my son today for his birthday! A total surprise until we were in the parking lot. He was apprehensive, saying he was"fine". I knew better by the size of his knots!! After an hour Jeffrey told me the knots were really bad & he spent 75% of the time on his back. WOW!!!! I wasn't sure if I would still be loved after this very personal gift, but I am!!! He was grinning the entire (45 min) drive home!!!! Relaxed is the understatement of the YEAR!!! We got home & he said from upstairs, "I feel all loosy-goosy". There are many massage therapists to choose from. It can be so hard to find someone knowledgeable, caring, and talented. Jeffrey is all of these. Moreso it is also clear that he is a true healer and is following his passion for helping people. Communication is so important and Jeffrey always takes the time to ask about how you're feeling, both to follow up on previous injuries / pains and to ask if anything new has shown up since last session. I have a moderate scoliosis, but also like to live an active lifestyle involving weight training. I absolutely rely on Jeffery to keep me healthy and well. Without his regular massage I am a total wreck. He is extremely intuitive as well, often finding areas I didn't even realize were a problem until he worked them out. 12 years ago we found Jeffery, even after we moved away we never found any massage therapist better, and always compaired every massage to his! Luckily we moved back!! . The massages are all very specific to your needs, not just some cut a paste place. He keeps a record of your every visit so he keeps track of reoccuring issues and new ones. His style is very unique, a mix of massage and energy relaxation/healing. Never rushed or feeling of being hurried out. If you are looking for a true massage for relaxation or even massage for pain and recovery, it is well worth the visit to see him. After all these years we honestly can say he is the best therapist we have ever used. Sadly there is no 12 star rating. Prices are fair, this isnt a $20/hr place, you do get what you pay for. I waited until after my second session before writing this, to ensure it was more balanced. I found Jeffrey via Yelp after looking for a more holistic approach to wellness. The words 'intuitive', 'wellness' & 'polarity' stuck out to me from his website so I booked a 90-minute massage with low expectations. Rather than tell him what I wanted, I wanted to test his 'intuitive abilities' & let him do his thing. I am so glad I went this direction, rather than tell him what I thought I wanted. He did an excellent job combining the physical massage aspect along with energy healing. I was very pleased to learn that Jeffrey had just completed the first level of Reiki training, and was able to try some new things during my massage. I've tried Reiki before and had a positive response, but my response to Jeffrey's work outshines the Reiki by far so I am keeping him at the top of my list when it comes to energy work & my overall physical/mental/emotional/spiritual wellness. His space is quiet & cozy, and he really takes his time mixing up oils that are specific to my needs or issues beforehand.
