Her brows looked beyond amazing after she got them done so I had to try it for myself. For years I have been looking for a great eyebrow tech. When I called and asked for a specific person who did my friend's eyebrows they said she wasn't there but they had three other techs who could do waxing and tinting for me. I still went. As I arrived there was a gentleman in the front who asked what services you are getting done and informed you where to sit. Because of COVID-19 they had us sit one chair apart from the next person. There was about 10 ladies in front of me (no, you cannot make an appointment, you have to come in and wait) and it took about 30 minutes for me to reach the front of the line. In a separate room from those doing nails, there are three ladies in a large room who work on your eyebrows. They are super fast and listen to what exactly you want. They use a mixture of razor, waxing and plucking of the brows to clean up the hairs and they use brown and/or black tint for the tinting of the brows. I told the young lady I wanted a very natural look with minimal product in the front and she delivered! The waxing costs $5!!! The cheapest I've ever paid and the tint costs $5 as well. This is the best price ever. They got a 4 out of 5 stars for the wait time/not being able to make an appointment and the fact that they were not sanitizing the chairs in between customers. My eyebrows other than that were BEAUTIFUL.

(SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THEN) Well on September 4th 2026 I got my eyebrows done and my toenail polish changed (GEL POLISH) that evening the polish lifted so I went in the next day and approached the nail technician with kindness and said can I ask you a question and immediately she looked at me and became extremely rude and told me to go sit down. The young lady pedicure she was doing said to her nicely she simply wanted to ask you a question and she again was rude and was telling me to sit down and was rolling her eyes. When I say you really had to be there. I wished I would have video her behavior. It was so uncalled for. The manager came out and said she would fix it but by that time I did not want her to touch my feet so I decided I'm no longer going back and will not refer anyone else to ET NAILS.
