I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. After a very stressful & busy event season, I finally treated myself to some self-care. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. Not only was the treatment completely different, but it was also mediocre. They used hot stones I never asked for, and they weren't even hot. Throughout the session, staff repeatedly exposed me by walking in and out of the room and leaving the door open. When I confronted the situation, the therapist tried to pass off the deep tissue massage as a Thai massage until I mentioned that I'm a massage therapist. Then she casually remarked, "Oh, I can just charge you for a deep tissue." To make matters worse, she refused to give me the manager's number, which forced me to call the police and file a report. Don't book here for any massage.

They have a variety of classes every day of the week and even offer classes for moms and kids! Daytime, evening, and weekend classes gives us so many options that fit our schedules! My favorites are Vinyasa with Sarah, the owner (who is amazing!), Hatha with Robin, Gentle with Violette, and of course Happy Hour Flow with Michelle or Tori!! All of the other teachers are exceptional, too! The space is totally devoted to yoga and features a large main studio and a smaller intimate studio for private and smaller classes. They have several sizes and thicknesses of bolsters as well as blocks, straps, blankets, and sandbags so that you can fully explore the use of props in your practice without having to lug along all your own gear. The studio is clean and aesthetically very zen! The VERY best thing about Red Sun is the spirit of hospitality and community they provide for all who practice there! First and foremost I see they are very strict on time so make sure you don't lose out on your money. I believe I got there a little over a minute or two and as soon as I came through the door I was checked in by the instructor and she pretty much gave me a very short intro of hi and have you done Vinyasa before? I replied yoga yes but not much of an expert. After that front door was locked so no one could enter during which I was instructed to place my belongings and shoes in the cubby. We then went into a small room due to event taking place in the main larger room that day. It was a tight spaced room but we pretty much fit just by the mark. The class were on a more advanced level and positions moved very quickly. I miraculously kept up for the most part but my wrists aren't that strong so had to alter some of the positions sometimes to cater to that. I for sure got some heat in and lil sweat so the work out was definitely there and appreciated. I do enjoy some good stretch's as well which it had some but more of a combined mix of balancing, standing, and dog ward down with it. I would have love to go to a gentle class to see if I can really can commit and since it's more at my yoga level. I can see this is def my cup of tea its just the steep membership prices has me contemplating.

Juliana was very prompt in responding and we had two sessions scheduled within a matter of a few hours. Rates are 60 minutes for $90 dollars and 90 minutes for $125. A very competitive rate. She also sends an online form for you to fill out listing the areas you need to have worked on. Juliana brings all her equipment with her and brings it all together to provide a great experience. She is a skilled therapist who uses a variety of tools and techniques to work all the knots and stress out. She uses hot packs, deep pressure, cupping and the massage gun.
