I booked a lymphatic massage and wood therapy, and both were exactly what I needed -- relaxing, effective, and professionally done. The spa itself is super clean and calming as soon as you walk in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the vibe was peaceful without feeling too "clinical" The lymphatic massage was gentle but purposeful, and I could feel a noticeable difference afterward -- lighter, less bloated, and super relaxed. The wood therapy was new for me, but the therapist explained everything and made me feel comfortable the whole time. It was a bit more intense, but in a good way -- and I definitely noticed some contouring effects. They really take their time with you and focus on what your body needs, which I appreciated. If you're looking for a nice spa experience in Orlando I'd definitely recommend Alora. I'm already thinking about booking again next time I'm in town!

Short blonde lady) to trim off my sun bleached ends, and cut my hair short to almost right above my chest (view picture below) I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED that my hair NOT be cut AT OR ABOVE my shoulders, with a butterfly styled cut (layers). Before we began she chopped off my ends which was perfect. The length was literally exactly what i asked for. I figured she understood. She wet my hair up, put conditioner in it and started chopping away. I assumed she was going to clean up the previous cut but instead she chopped my hair ridiculously short. By the time i noticed it was too late. When she handed me the mirror I told her it was very short, shorter than i asked to which she responded "it's cute on you". Needless to say, i will NEVER be visiting this location again & would never recommend it to anyone!!!
