The process is pretty simple and doesn't take long; everyone here is a total pro so there's no discomfort even though you're standing practically naked in front of a stranger. I'd say the first day was a bit more than that I would have liked but my wedding tan wasn't my first so I knew that going in. I was sprayed on a Wednesday and got married on a Saturday and had the bridal glow I was looking for. The tan slowly faded throughout my honeymoon. She said there was a line and pointed to the ck out line. She just pointed and told me I had to get in that line. I walked out and went to a nearby pharmacy in Arlington where they are super nice and quick. I called about 30 mns and asked to speak to mgr. and lady said he would be back Monday (this was Friday), I asked to speak to asst. mgr., she said there wasn't one, I asked to speak to acting mgr., she said there wasn't one. GOOD GRIEF. I will never go back to this poorly run store. Everytime I have been here I have a negative experience. HORRIBLE customer service and rude employees.

The intake paperwork system did not work well, had numerous irrelevant questions, and frustrated the staff. That kind of is what it is. Later, the phone staff apparently called me about a specialist medical referral, although they did not leave a message. They had made an appointment for me without asking me. I called back after checking caller ID & finding out it was New Life. The woman on the phone was snarky, had an attitude, talked over the top of me. I asked her to please stop speaking inappropriately with me and she blew up. She raised her voice, and transferred the call without asking or saying anything - just slammed me on hold. Someone else picked up and did not apologize to me until I advised that I am also a healthcare professional and patients should not be treated that way. I then called the medical specialists' office to move the appointment that was made without me being asked. Their office told me that New Life provided the wrong name and wrong address for me. I saw some other bad reviews on-line for New Life and the responder, who characterized themselves as office manager, appeared to dismiss the concerns and dress down the patients who made them. Likely that explains why phone staff feel emboldened to raise their voice, behave inappropriately with patients, and not even bother to give correct contact information to referrals. It saddened me.
