My husband had a lady she was able to get all the knots out of his back. He came out feeling like a new man with no pain what so ever. I highly recommend this place. Absolutely the worst massage that I've ever had was here and on 8/17/15. The man that massaged me DESPERATELY needs to trim his fingernails (easily three times longer than mine, a female), use WAY more oil (so your skin doesn't constantly feel like it's on fire from the friction of the massage), and he needs to learn to properly massage. Unlike every other massage I've ever had, my best friend is a retired massage therapist, so I've had many, I was not relaxed whatsoever. I was actually more tense after arguing with the massage therapist and begging for more oils. And, when I made the appointment, I specifically said my problem area was my neck. Apparently, he was in no mood to actually work and decided to tell me he couldn't massage my kneck because of the nerves. So, then I had to argue with him, yes DURING the massage where I'm supposed to be relaxing, that I know for a fact that his statement was not true. Obviously annoyed by his customer's request, then begrudgingly, rubbed my neck, not massaged. Please stick to any other spa or massage places unless you want to pay $70, to be burned, cut from fingernails, disappointed, and more tense when you leave. read more

I have received many relaxing and therapeutic massages from Traci Workman, LMT. Each time, she is sensitive to the areas that I need treated and works out the many knots. Her deep tissue massages and hot stone massages are outstanding! This mom of three young children definitely "checks out" and enjoys the 60-90 minutes with Traci during each and every visit. Traci does a phenomenal job of listening to my verbal communication as well as what my body is telling her in order to effectively achieve optimal results. I was able to book a same day appointment while my regular therapist at another spa was on vacation. The therapist greeted me promptly and took me into a dark room to let me undress. The massage itself was wonderful, she used moist heat as well as hot stones. I told her where my pain was and she worked those areas. The table could have been a little more padded but it was okay. Only drawback is that they share space with a very busy (read: loud) nail salon, so it's not totally quiet but they do a good job with white noise machines and music. The smell of the aromatherapy oils competing with the smell of acetone is noticeable when you first enter but fades as well. I love that I can get a massage, waxing, mani & pedi all in one place!! I will definitely return for another massage. read more

I have been having some neck and back issues and can ALWAYS count on Traci Workman to help me. She is very considerate about the problem areas yet makes sure it not just a "back rub"! She is very good at what she does and I rarely have to even mention areas that are causing issues. She is also very understanding that I'm there to relax. I went a week ago and they were awful. I asked multiple times for the owner to please pay attention to my problem areas, he refused. I felt worse when I left than when I arrived. I tried not to cause a seen and just left, my wife had Bridgette and had a good massage, tipped her well,and bought something suggested and left. She did tell the owner I was upset with my service, and he simply said drink water. I called and complained the next day, and they called back saying they wd make it right. So we made another appointment. Bridgette called the day of the 2 appointment and basically told my wife she wd no longer work on her because we had the audacity to complain about bad service. Spitting her previous tip and buying of product back at her. Then Bridgette told us they were having some guy come in to work on us, like it was a hitman and we were blackballed. I called back asked for our money back that we simply didn't want to go back after the soap opera Bridgette and the owner caused. Was told he wasn't in and that he would call me back. Have never heard from him. Worst place ever, weird way of handling anything, uncomfortable. Exact opposite of what "relaxing" should be. read more

Got a 1 hr deep tissue massage with Tracy. The place is nice and clean, massage includes steamed towels on Feet legs back and neck. Stones are also briefly used on the back area. The massage was okay, definitely had better ones i think the therapist just used her weight and rubbed muscles up an down but didnt really know the trigger points. Convenient location but probably wont go back for deep tissue. The price was $75 and it includes a free bottle of water at the end. Not dissatisfied but not impressed, just an ok massage! read more

I would come here for nails but Not for a good massage experience. Would not recommend swedish massage from Tracy. Lack of continuous flow to promote relaxation, felt like a rub down massage and her hands were heavy. The only part i liked was the hot towels. read more
