I told her he hadn't touched the side that was bothering me and she said something to him and he rubbed a bit on the other side, and she said it was time to go. It was to be $50.00 for an hour, and she charged me $44.00 for the half hour, and I signed the charge. She said I forgot the tip, so I put a dollar but wish I had thought to put .25 as I was angry. My wife goes there, but I will never set foot in the place again because they have no idea what customer service is, nor do they practice first-come, first-served. The new customer even said that she was not in a hurry. I got zero benefit from spending $45.00.

I found out that if you express these concerns or interests, that the front desk may be able to align you better with therapists. Not just with personalities, but a little more detail with pressure (other than just light, medium, firm). They only have a couple of therapists who can do prenatal, which is a bummer, but it's nice they have the option at least.

I told him that I already put money in the jar, but he wanted more. We kept going back and forth about the $5 tip. This lasted about 3 minutes. He said that there is a $5 tip minimum. I told him that this wasn't true because there's no sign that indicates this. I told him that I was going to call security if he doesn't charge my card and give it back to me and that if he asks me again for $5, I will not come back. They have tried to pressure me into tipping more before, but I wasn't held hostage with my debit card to TIP $5 or more before either. Finally, he grudgingly charged my card and told me not to come back, and THAT'S for sure. Tips are optional and not demanded. I will never patronize this business again, and anyone who want patronize there, he or she must be ready to be DEMANDED to give a $5 or more tip. This was at the Wolfchase location.
