There was also an extreme amount of chaos at the time, people going back and forth and talking loudly. She also kept getting up multiple times and at some point I had a new therapist which wasn't any better. Both hardly massaged me even tho I requested medium pressure it was mostly a rub down not an actual massage. My bf also had a bad experience, he asked for light pressure and they kept going harder. He asked them to avoid his toe that was broken but ended up squeezing it. he also feels like he was touched in an uncomfortable spot. Would def not come back here.

It wasn't just a rub down, it was actually relief on the spots that mattered. First they walk on your back, then it goes to the oiled massage across the whole body. I encourage all pregnant women who visit The NOW during their pregnancy to challenge the required $15 charge for simply being pregnant. I hope all $15 charges can be removed for everyone until this policy is obsolete. Burke Williams, Squeeze, Massage Envy, & The Massage Place all offer prenatal massage at the exact same cost as their regular massage. At Four Seasons Westlake, it's even less expensive than their core options. If I didn't have 7 more credits to use, I'd go to one of the above (so I don't have to spend $105 more to come here while pregnant - though hopefully the manager can waive those as well, for all of us).

Starting from the neck to your toes, right to left, ending with a hot stone, scalp and face massage. The massage itself consisted of Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone, it was AMAZING!!!
