She is professional and efficient. A deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that focuses on stretching and pressure points. I am okay with her walking on my back, which applies even pressure along the muscles of the back. I felt stretched, aligned, and completely refreshed.

But I figured she knew a few keys words for her profession. I did not know this until the massage therapist showed up. She was able to communicate with me and told me there wasn't any hot stone therapy available. Nor was there any oil massage. The lady who massaged me was very strong and some of the massage was alright. Then she became rather rough with me and was hurting me. Squeezing my calves too hard. She seemed to ignor my outbursts of discomfort. So I literally had to tell to STOP massaging me so HARD. To go lighter on me. Go to medium... She would for a short time, then resume her heavy handed (literally) massage. I have 2 huge bruises on my left lateral side. I have more bruises on my upper right lateral thigh too. It was just really a weird and painful experience. This lady also put TIGER BALM on my open cut/wound. I screamed! She hurt me even more when she applied the ointment. I wiped it off as fast as I could. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I still tipped the lady. I felt obligated. But I will never go back there.

There has to be new management because this place is NOT what it used to be. First off--this was NOT a deep tissue massage. None of my knots were worked out, and my back actually hurts more leaving than it did walking in. That alone is a failure of the service. But it gets worse. The therapist kept walking out of the room like it didn't matter if I was even there, completely breaking the experience. At one point, he literally had his elbow pressed into my back while texting on his phone. Let that sink in. I'm paying for a professional service, and he's on his phone mid-"massage"? That's beyond disrespectful. I came in trying to take care of my body before my birthday tomorrow, just wanting to feel relaxed for once--and instead I left irritated, uncomfortable, and honestly pissed off. Whatever management change happened here needs to be addressed immediately. The quality, professionalism, and care are gone. The people who originally made this place worth coming to need to come back, because this is a completely different and much worse experience. Walking out, the whole vibe felt off--like nobody actually cares about the service anymore. I won't be back unless something drastically changes.
