Terrible. I was a walk in. Complete language barrier with the woman at the front. She had a bad attitude. Ok I looked past that. She ended up being my masseuse. It was a rub down. No technique. I paid for 60 mins and she gave me less than 50 mins. Then when I asked for change for tip she tried to haggle me for the whole 20! She didn't even deserve 10! Never again. Once you get past the fact that there is an ABSOLUTE LANGUAGE BARRIER in the fact that the employees don't speak ANY English so you have to rely on your charades game... it is smooth sailing. * Note to self, if calling for a massage here, just tell them how many and what time and figure out what you want when you're there as to not confuse them or frustrate yourself. I opted for the 60 minute massage which is a full body massage includes your head, face, body, and feet for a mere $30. I was led down the hallway and around the corner into a room divided by a curtain. I explained I wanted a hard massage. My masseuse had no issue understanding that after I showed him what I wanted. It was a really great massage actually. The only downside was that the couple next to me that came in 15 minutes or so after I started was LOUD AF! My masseuse and I constantly shushed them but they didn't seem to care. I will be coming in again. I will also mention there was ample parking. read more

Never in my life has anyone yelled at me and criticized me for the "tip" I left. {which is supposed to be given upon the service you receive.} Where does it say you are forced to leave a25%tip for your masseuse when the massage was literal crap no offense. All I got is elbows in my back and weird presses with a towel. The business owner that demanded and yelled at me at the end of the massage should *ASHAMED* of herself. She has no place in business, let alone a therapeutic massage spot to help people relive stress and pain. Not recommending this place to my enemies. The vibes are off . This place needs to press the refresh button and start appreciating their job and customers! read more

If I could give 0 starts I would. The business owner is EXTREMELY rude. We had an appointment at 4:00pm. We were on time at 4:00pm sharp. They were late and accepted us at 4:08, started massage only at 4:12pm. Finished me up at 5:01pm saying she has another customer next. It was a really BAD massage, she did everything so so fast!!!! Like she's in a hurry to finish up. literally no technique involved, only pressure, didn't understand English at all when I asked not to pressure too much, I had to guid her through the entire massage and I just couldn't relax. I was really anxious to finish the massage already. The lady kept talking to the other Massuse next to her whispering in their language. She literally wasn't professional touching way too deep into my tights and underwear line. That was embarrassing. When we finished I went to the owner explaining what happened, she look at me and said "we are very busy now can you understand?" I said that's not my fault she's busy and late. She literally said "ok go somewhere else there's good massage". Needless to say I will be disputing the charge she took BEFORE the massage. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. While my daughter and I were getting foot massages they kept getting up to answer the front door. We then asked to please make up the 5/6 minutes they stopped and didn't. When they returned to our feet they decided to then have a conversation. $45 for 30 minutes of interruptions. They actually moved two business over from their last location on ventura blvd. This location is much bigger and quieter. I love how relaxing I get every time I come and get a massage. I always leave feeling like a millions dollars. Another thing I love is that there is privacy when getting the massage. Not a lot of foot spas allow privacy. Sometimes you have to pay more but not this place. I also love that they have specials & they have new equipment. I will definitely will be coming once a week now. read more
