I purchased a Groupon for a massage from this place, and I have never had a worse experience getting a massage. When I think of going to get a massage or facial, I think of a serene, relaxing, and peaceful place. When I first walked in, the place was empty, and he walked in a few minutes later. I had found the paperwork sitting on a nearby table and began to fill it out. He greeted me, then showed me into the massage room. This room was not tranquil or peaceful whatsoever. It was smaller, which is no big deal, but every time he had to make his way around the bed, he brushed up against this fake tree in the room. And, the music was ridiuclous---not soothing at all. I'm not sure what pictures he has on his website, but this is not the room that I saw myself getting massaged in. There wasn't even a place for my clothing. There was a wall coat rack for me to place my belongings. He leaves the room and of course told me to undress, and he'd be in in a bit. I do so, hang my clothes on the rack, and hop into the FREEZING cold, and wet bed. After trying to warm up, I noticed the sheets had holes in them. Holes. Not just a few from wear and tear either. This was a lot of wear and tear and they were paper thin. I couldn't believe it. I've had a lot of shoulder and neck pain from my job, so I felt at least a little relief from the massage, but the ambience, and professionalism was lacking here at this location! Never again will I visit this place. Ever. I will do extensive research before using a massage therapist again. read more
