She is very attuned to what needs to be worked on and asks specific questions before and during the massage to pinpoint exactly what needs to be addressed. I have had significant issues with my shoulder and back and she has alleviated some longstanding pain and improved mobility in my right shoulder/arm in a very short period of time. I like that she goes very deep (fascia release) and gets to the core of the problem. She is the strongest massage therapist in terms of how much pressure she can use that I have ever encountered. Of course, she asks first before applying that much pressure as many people would not prefer that deep of a massage, but I do. She is sensitive, professional, highly skilled, and gets quick results. Each of the massage therapists is certified to perform safe prenatal massages. They have an easy online booking system (which I appreciated). I showed up and everyone was masked (March 2022) which I was thankful for, being pregnant. They offered me a glass of water while I completed the waivers and were very friendly! (I was the first appointment of the day.) I went into the room and the therapist thoroughly explained how the whole massage would go and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted her to focus on. The table was extremely comfortable for a pregnant person :) special pillow/mat with holes to accommodate your growing body and the ability to lay on my stomach (which I've missed!) and there was no pressure anywhere on my body. Just laying on the table was worth the whole massage! Lol halfway through I rolled over and she replaced the belly mat with a large wedge, so I didn't have to lay flat.
