The founder of Raining Relief in 2015 ended up moving on to create Massage Collective with a partner in June of 2023 for an optimal clinic that offers premium care for clinics and therapists alike

Priding ourselves on our carefully selected staff, to ensure we provide therapists who love what they do and are equipped with an evolving skillset. MTC is committed to our staff by offering in house continuing education, helping our therapists maintain an edge above our competition by staying updated in the latest modalities. We provide a mentorship program for all of our staff with less than 2 years of experience. When booking with a therapist newer to the industry they will have the support of an experienced RMT behind them. We tailor to each of our client's needs, ensuring that they receive the most effective & efficient treatments possible.

Today I wanted an alcoholic beverage, I ordered, it came and didn't taste like it had any alcohol so I asked for another but with alcohol, she asked me what kind I said "vodka...isn't that what it comes with?" I got the second drink, tasted like it had alcohol, got my bill and they charged me double and then said I added vodka!! And that it actually came with kahlua not vodka. Grr. Also, was in the sauna, pulled out a 'new' face cloth that was covered in reddish brown stains-clearly not clean. They didn't offer a discount or anything!!! What's with that. I will say, other than today I've never had an issue with cleanliness, and I absolutely love their relaxation room. I'm not happy with how they handled my visit today.
