Today I wanted an alcoholic beverage, I ordered, it came and didn't taste like it had any alcohol so I asked for another but with alcohol, she asked me what kind I said "vodka...isn't that what it comes with?" I got the second drink, tasted like it had alcohol, got my bill and they charged me double and then said I added vodka!! And that it actually came with kahlua not vodka. Grr. Also, was in the sauna, pulled out a 'new' face cloth that was covered in reddish brown stains-clearly not clean. They didn't offer a discount or anything!!! What's with that. I will say, other than today I've never had an issue with cleanliness, and I absolutely love their relaxation room. I'm not happy with how they handled my visit today.
