I'm not sure if his name is Henry or harry, and I had difficulty understanding him due to the language barrier, but oh my goodness all of that didn't matter because he worked wonders on my poor feet. Let me preface that I've been here before, and have had many encounters at other establishment, but none lived up to this experience. I came with a friend after a long 12 hour shift, and had noticed that am that my left foot was very sore and the ball of my feet were tender. I was massaging my feet driving because it was so uncomfortable. So when I got off I debated between being good and working out or getting this massage to make me feel better, and boy am I glad I chose the later. For $30 you get an hour foot massage and this includes a 10-15 min head and neck massage, also heavenly. I told my masseuse the problem spot and he put a lot of pressure on it which made me wince but it also felt so good. My friend and I walked out like we were on cloud 9. This establishment is clean, has great masseuse, and for the price and location, it's hard to beat. My only con is that due to the language barrier, communicating can be hard, and sometimes the masseuse likes to talk to each other during the massage and makes it harder for the client to relax. But overall it was a great experience and I can't wait to be back.

For the foot massage they started with a 2 minute foot soak with only water which I found surprising since all other reflexology places I've been to always use soap water. For the massage they use those blue latex gloves so it takes away from the experience which I did not like. Felt very dry despite the lotion being used. I originally had a lady and her pressure was very weak and I think she was doing her best but she was older so not sure she could really give deep pressure. A man arrived about 15 minutes into my massage and they switched out which was great because he had much more pressure. However, did not help because the gloves they use cause a dry feeling. After the foot massage I moved on to the chair and that was HORRIBLE! He did not use gloves with the chair massage but her also did not use lotion so once again a very dry dull experience. Lastly when I went to check out the man told me the machine was down and if I could pay cash. I told him the lady did not tell me that when I checked in. He asked if I could leave them my credit card information on a piece of paper (HECK NO)! That's literally insane to ask someone that and also who is crazy enough to leave credit card information on a paper. Once I told him I was uncomfortable doing that, all of a sudden the machine magically started working. There are many other places so I don't suggest coming and I won't be back. The staff was nice and who knows maybe I just got unlucky that day. Either way I will not be back.

My original plan was to only go to Doug for a few months, I ended up going to him for over a year. As some one who has always enjoyed working out by myself, I constantly looked forward to my weekly time with Doug. I only stopped going because of my travel schedule with work. However, I was told they only had one appointment remaining. I took the appointment for 4pm. When I scheduled the appointment I was advised that I would receive a text message with the necessary paperwork I needed to complete. I did complete this prior to my arrival time. This spot is located in a small shopping plaza with what appears to be ample parking. I walked in about 2-3 minutes prior to my scheduled time. I was asked if I needed to use the rest room first. I figured it was a good idea to at least try to. I was instructed to go to the end of the hallway to use the restroom. When I returned I was seated for mat 5 minutes prior to being called back for my massage. The massage therapist was a short and small framed woman. ( she was very sweet) . She did not ask me if I had any concern areas, or even what type of pressure I prefer. However, I did note firm pressure on my paper work. Overall it was an ok massage. The pressure was not the best. A ton of oil was used, which typically prevents firm pressure. This was more of a massage for people that just like to be rubbed on. I needed a therapeutic massage. This did not cut it for my needs. I doubt I will be returning.
