I've never had issues being sensitive to waxing before, and the girl who did it sold me a cream that she applied to me afterwards and said "this is good for people with sensitive skin." I paid $80 and could've gotten a full body anywhere else. I expected to be smooth like a furless cat, and I can't even exfoliate because my skin is so tender. Each location has the ability to refund the charge but the manager will not and says it's because of the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is not on the website anywhere but only in messages they send to confirm the appointment. The manager said they had to charge my card so that the employee would get paid but I've already prepaid! I had 3.5 credits! The manager said that the district manager would say the same thing and the regional manager would say the same thing.
