The spa is located on site at the JW Marriott resort. If I understand correctly, there are locals…read morethat are members of this club and use the services along with guests. My husband and I scheduled facials over 30 days before our check-in date of our stay. We flew in on a Sunday and on Monday I got a phone call from the Spa informing us that they couldn't take us at our scheduled time but they would be happy to bump us up earlier midday. Keep in mind we booked the last appointment of the day because we want the entire day while we're on vacation to enjoy our day to close with spa treatments. The phone call was very professional. I did express my disappointment with having to move us around less than 48 hours before our scheduled times. I shared with the spa while I was grateful for the phone call. I was still disappointed with the abrupt update to rearrange us midday. I almost cancelled us. I tried finding another late day appointment and they shared with us so that wasn't an option even though keep in mind we made our appointments well over 30 days before our arrival. It wasn't until close to the end of our conversation that the caller from the spa said that there was a family emergency and we needed a shift. So my humble opinion if there was truly a family emergency why didn't the phone call lead with that? Why did that not get shared with close to the end of our call my point is it sounded like a staffing issue and if that's the case, I'm OK with the staffing issue just be honest with me. I kept repeating myself saying that I was disappointed, although grateful I felt like there was a gap information and it wasn't entirely truthful. Long story short, we were able to get our services even though we had registered for two facials, The Spa informed us that they could not accommodate a second facial and they could do a massage again we didn't sign up for that over a month before our arrival. My husband gets regular massages at home. I wanted him to experience a facial. Knowing how flexible and accommodating he is, he was happy to take the massage. He's very kind. My facial and his massage were probably the best experiences we've had from those technicians. Brooke was awesome. Regretfully, I can't remember his massage therapist's name, but he said she was awesome and he really enjoyed his experience. When we did check in for our services, staffing looked slim. The girl who walked me through the females locker room, didn't say much outside of where to put your used robe or slippers. She did talk about the lockers and how to get those situated. Overall, I'm glad we had our services and I appreciate the experiences from our direct massage therapist and aesthetician. There are plenty of opportunities for the Spa to flex and adjust how they communicate with their patrons. Grateful though it was a rocky welcome after we checked in for our stay.

I started seeing Martin for massage therapy after a car accident…read more Although I usually prefer female massage therapists, I accepted the recommendation to see him, and I have not regretted it for a moment. I have had massages at many reputable places with excellent therapists, and Martin is right up there with the best of them, if not better than some. He is an awesome therapist who is very knowledgeable about what is appropriate for my condition. He is professional, friendly, attentive, and deeply mindful in his approach. Martin has great energy, and I always feel comfortable and well cared for during my sessions. Most importantly, his massage therapy has been genuinely helping me improve and recover. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, thoughtful, and caring massage therapist.

Tabby has an incredible ability to find exactly what needs attention, and her pressure was absolutely perfect--not too light, not too deep, just exactly what my body needed. Her precision and accuracy were remarkable, and I walked out feeling better than I have in a very long time. Beyond her exceptional skill, she's professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients feel their best. I cannot recommend Tabby highly enough. If you're looking for an outstanding massage therapist, stop searching and book with her. She is truly exceptional, and I'll absolutely be back. Great vibe.

The service was consistently excellent, and my longtime nail technician was a big reason I kept coming back. About a month ago, I received a call informing me that she had been "let go." She is incredibly talented, and I was genuinely disappointed to hear she was no longer there. Greentoes scheduled me with another technician, Mary, for my next appointment. While she did an acceptable job, the experience lacked the warmth and personal connection I've come to expect. For me, building rapport with clients is an important part of great customer service. Today, when I called to cancel my upcoming appointment, the person at the front desk was unexpectedly rude. That interaction was the final straw, so I asked that all of my future appointments be canceled. After nine years of loyalty, I'm sad that it has come to this. Letting go of an exceptional technician and following it with poor customer service has completely changed my impression of the salon. It's disappointing to leave, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I hate leaving one stars but I REALLY wanted to like this place. I specifically booked with this…read moresalon for the pedicure bowls as they are more sanitary. I booked weeks in advance, scheduled approximately for the signature pedicure and gel removal. Upon getting to the salon 3 women were at the desk and asked if I was checking in which I said yes and provided my name. One of the women was my nail tech and didn't introduce herself. Pointed to the polish and said to choose one. They have polish on the front desk and on the wall across from the desk. I just picked up the polish on the desk and asked if this was the polish because it looked like it could also be for sale due to it being on the desk. I was then told " you didn't book gel" which was fine I just didn't know which ones I was supposed to pick from. While walking back to the pedicure station I spotted dazzle dry polish which I wanted to try! I asked if she liked it because I was going to buy a kit myself and she said it was great and would be an extra $10 which I agreed. I could tell I was the last appointment of the day due to everyone cleaning up. My gel was removed, I was offered tea which was great. I tried to make conversation with my nail tech who due to someone leaving and saying "bye Mary" was the only reason I knew her name due to the lack of introduction. It was a very unwelcoming interaction I tried to explain I was there for my birthday nails for the vacation I had coming up and it fell short so the remainder of the time was quiet which I get not everyone is chatty. The food/leg massage was good. The polish application fell short, it wasn't clean and in the pictures you can see where I have polish on my skin still... Overall the customer service, the polish application fell extremely short. For $99 all together I expected to love this place and continue to go back but that was not the case.
