The spa is located on site at the JW Marriott resort. If I understand correctly, there are locals…read morethat are members of this club and use the services along with guests. My husband and I scheduled facials over 30 days before our check-in date of our stay. We flew in on a Sunday and on Monday I got a phone call from the Spa informing us that they couldn't take us at our scheduled time but they would be happy to bump us up earlier midday. Keep in mind we booked the last appointment of the day because we want the entire day while we're on vacation to enjoy our day to close with spa treatments. The phone call was very professional. I did express my disappointment with having to move us around less than 48 hours before our scheduled times. I shared with the spa while I was grateful for the phone call. I was still disappointed with the abrupt update to rearrange us midday. I almost cancelled us. I tried finding another late day appointment and they shared with us so that wasn't an option even though keep in mind we made our appointments well over 30 days before our arrival. It wasn't until close to the end of our conversation that the caller from the spa said that there was a family emergency and we needed a shift. So my humble opinion if there was truly a family emergency why didn't the phone call lead with that? Why did that not get shared with close to the end of our call my point is it sounded like a staffing issue and if that's the case, I'm OK with the staffing issue just be honest with me. I kept repeating myself saying that I was disappointed, although grateful I felt like there was a gap information and it wasn't entirely truthful. Long story short, we were able to get our services even though we had registered for two facials, The Spa informed us that they could not accommodate a second facial and they could do a massage again we didn't sign up for that over a month before our arrival. My husband gets regular massages at home. I wanted him to experience a facial. Knowing how flexible and accommodating he is, he was happy to take the massage. He's very kind. My facial and his massage were probably the best experiences we've had from those technicians. Brooke was awesome. Regretfully, I can't remember his massage therapist's name, but he said she was awesome and he really enjoyed his experience. When we did check in for our services, staffing looked slim. The girl who walked me through the females locker room, didn't say much outside of where to put your used robe or slippers. She did talk about the lockers and how to get those situated. Overall, I'm glad we had our services and I appreciate the experiences from our direct massage therapist and aesthetician. There are plenty of opportunities for the Spa to flex and adjust how they communicate with their patrons. Grateful though it was a rocky welcome after we checked in for our stay.

First, I love Eminence products and this is one salon in Tucson that has this amazing brand! I…read morefound out about this brand after having a facial here. Love at first application. Emily, the aesthetician, is awesome and gives recommendations that best suit your skin needs. The power peel facial is my favorite! Also, the decor is just girly glam. Greentoes is a great way to pamper yourself whether it be a pedicure/manicure, facial or massage. PS Best pedicure I have ever had is here! Doesn't matter who you book with as all the technicians are professional and friendly. I usually just get a regular manicure and they last a week! I have pets and dump out cat boxes and pick up dog poo, hence a lot of hand washing and still the lacquer lasts!

I hate leaving one stars but I REALLY wanted to like this place. I specifically booked with this…read moresalon for the pedicure bowls as they are more sanitary. I booked weeks in advance, scheduled approximately for the signature pedicure and gel removal. Upon getting to the salon 3 women were at the desk and asked if I was checking in which I said yes and provided my name. One of the women was my nail tech and didn't introduce herself. Pointed to the polish and said to choose one. They have polish on the front desk and on the wall across from the desk. I just picked up the polish on the desk and asked if this was the polish because it looked like it could also be for sale due to it being on the desk. I was then told " you didn't book gel" which was fine I just didn't know which ones I was supposed to pick from. While walking back to the pedicure station I spotted dazzle dry polish which I wanted to try! I asked if she liked it because I was going to buy a kit myself and she said it was great and would be an extra $10 which I agreed. I could tell I was the last appointment of the day due to everyone cleaning up. My gel was removed, I was offered tea which was great. I tried to make conversation with my nail tech who due to someone leaving and saying "bye Mary" was the only reason I knew her name due to the lack of introduction. It was a very unwelcoming interaction I tried to explain I was there for my birthday nails for the vacation I had coming up and it fell short so the remainder of the time was quiet which I get not everyone is chatty. The food/leg massage was good. The polish application fell short, it wasn't clean and in the pictures you can see where I have polish on my skin still... Overall the customer service, the polish application fell extremely short. For $99 all together I expected to love this place and continue to go back but that was not the case.
