The guy who massaged me was like rushing the whole time. I just kept feeling his hands going up and down my back. He definitely didn't know what he was doing. Oh Lord, what did I just experience? Unfortunately, a complete 180 degrees from my initial experience here. I left with my head throbbing... this has been THEE WORST massage I've ever ever experienced. The individual who just pressed on me and smashed my hands like some garlic and just didn't know what to do but do the same thing over... and over.... and over... and over again on my back... then just randomly bear hug me because they literally ran out of ideas of what else to do during a massage was just horrible at this. I understand it's hard times out here and I understand with COVID they are probably hiring anybody but my goodness gracious... this is unacceptable. The entire time I'm talking to myself in my head... ouke, did this person's sweat just fall on me?? Why are they going so fast? Was it a marathon? A triathalon? Why are they so hard? First time trying this place and was extremely disappointed. The therapist was nice but it didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Got a combo massage and he spent most of the time on my back going up and down and just pressing me against the table. The foot massage was painful and he repeated the same 3 motions. To make matters extremely worst and uncomfortable, upon check in BEFORE my massage I was asked to pay immediately. I have never paid for a massage PRIOR to receiving the massage. The lady said it was standard and all of their customers pay which I didn't believe, but after she saw how shocked I was she let me pay after the massage. I had a good experience with my massage her name was Linda. BUTTTTTTTT I HAD ONE PROBLEM As I was paying to walk out I left a 20% tip and one of the ladies in the front said that is not enough because she worked hard on you, I said I understand, I gave her a 20% tip. She said that was not enough. I told her that is very bad customer service when someone leaves you a 20% tip you should be happy with that , I didn't leave you a 10% tip she did a great job but for you to ask me for more that is very bad customer service. you do not make people feel happy with the experience so basically I had a good massage but the ending with the lady in the front asking for more made my experience bad that's not professional at all. I can't believe I just experienced that, was she expecting a 50% tip? I work in a profession base off of tip as well and I would never ask my clients for more tip .... especially if they already tipped 20% ..... I will continue to give 4stars because my experience was great but I hope the owner speaks to the staff about the situation because it is not professional at all. read more

I walked in for a massage last week as part of my exercise recovery management. After I decided to do a 90 minute massage, I was taken back immediately. I was given a simple towel to cover and felt rushed to undress as John, my masseuse knocked to enter the room. He pulled my bottoms down quite far to give me the massage and had very little massage technique. I had to tell him several times that he was giving too much pressure. He squeezed my arms up and down instead of properly massaging them and did too much trigger point to the rest of my body, to the point where I could feel resistance instead of release. Nevertheless, my body still felt an improvement. Afterwards, I gave a $20 tip on a $75 bill because of the physical wear and tear that one endures to give a massage. A couple hours later and I suddenly realized that John only gave me a 60 minute massage. I had to call repeatedly to find out any answers and was told to return the next day. I returned and they gave me back $20 for shorting me on the massage. I am not sure if this is their standard practice, just be warned. read more
