The space (lobby area and rooms) looks a lot more modern and newer than most other similar massage places. The massage itself was good. My masseuse checked in a few times to make sure the pressure was fine. There are also hot stones included in the $50/hour massage. Overall, it was a good experience and I would come back, especially since it feels clean. Tip - it's located on a Main Street, so there is no parking lot but it wasn't too busy in the area during the time we went, so street parking is not impossible. Just make sure you leave enough time between finding parking and your appointment time.

However, after the session, they refused to honor the card, saying it was "too old" and that it belonged to the "previous owner." I found this confusing, as the membership card had the same name, address, and phone number as the current business. To add to the frustration, they giggled while explaining why my fully stamped membership card wasn't valid. It felt like this was more important to them than retaining me as a loyal customer. I still tipped my masseuse $20 because she did a fantastic job, but unfortunately, this will be my last visit. I'm disappointed that they prioritized invalidating an old membership card over keeping a returning customer.

The people with lower reviews are complaining because they don't like tipping properly. 20% is OK for going out to eat (but minimum): not services like this: especially when someone does a great job (sorry but some Yelpers are cheap and then they shouldn't be spending money on a self-treat like this then). She was firm and used strong pressure in a rhythmic and relaxing way. She focused on target areas with deep knots and muscle tension and asked me a few times throughout how I was doing. I left feeling rejuvenated, lighter, and super relaxed! This location itself is clean and the couple's room was more spacious than other places I've been to. I was welcomed in immediately (no reservation on Monday afternoon) and brought to a room where I was given privacy to change and a bin for my belonging, then the massage began. Shi shi (I know I spelled it wrong) was amazing and very professional. She made sure I was covered & comfortable and seemed to know exactly what I needed! The entire place seemed clean including the bathrooms and the lady at the desk was very friendly as well. I couldn't believe a 1 hour Swedish massage was only $65!! (60 if you pay cash) But with all that being said, if you are looking for a "spa" experience then this isnt the place. The massage was one of the best I've had but the place is missing the more upscale amenities. (Hence the difference in price point) For comparison, most spas have a locker room, refreshments, sauna, steam etc. This place is just an amazing straight forward massage. I'd give 4.5 stars if that was an option. I'm deducting a half star because the massage oil they used was unscented and I'm big on aroma therapy. I definitely will be going back at least once a month for the 30 minute massages they offer!
