The massages I have received from Mandy have been amazing. But I can't stand the smell of the rancid massage oils that permeate the whole building. The rooms are really bad and you end up smelling like rancid oil when you leave. You would think for the price they charge for massage they could replace sheets and blankets and hire a professional laundry service to take care of the linens. I have been a Therapist for a long time and have never experienced anything like it. For me, the smell makes it so hard to enjoy my Massage. I would give 5 stars to Mandy, but the smell knocks it down to 1 star. read more

I wanted to provide feedback on a massage appointment I had this afternoon with Andrew. I've been getting massages for probably 25 years and this was the worst experience. He didn't greet me when he came out to get me. When we went back to the room he just looked at me and I stated what I was looking for (focus on my neck, back and shoulders). Very soon into the massage I had to ask him to lower the pressure and had to do so thru the massage. His approach was to poke around my back, find a knot, and aggressively try to break it up. At one point I considered ending the massage. Throughout the massage I often told him that I was in pain, asked him to stop. He told me things like "don't fight me," "focus on your breathing not the pain." At one point he laughed at how I was responding to the pain. At one point he said that I had troubled sleep habits and had some things I mentally needed to deal with to make my body better. He was incredibly unprofessional, did not respond to my verbal and physical indications that I was hurting, and was disrespectful. This was my first time at this Elements. I am thoroughly unimpressed and am concerned about Andrew treating other clients. read more

The front desk people don't seem to know what they're doing. When I called to schedule, the girl who answered gave me the option of 8am and 5pm with nothing in the middle, and talked me around in confusing circles before I had to ask if those were the only times available. She didn't tell me when to be there; as a new member they should tell you to arrive 10 min early so you can fill out the paperwork. I did this just by habit because I've been to so many massage parlors. The boy at the desk almost let me leave without paying before I insisted, he assumed I was a member with credits. I paid for an hour; the therapist Denise started at 11:10 and stopped at 11:53 so I got just barely 45 min. She was curt, spoke very few words to me before starting, and even fewer when it was over. Plus, there was a fan pointed at me the whole time and my hands and feet were freezing. The place has conditioning, I have no idea why they did this. Most practices try to keep you warm to relax the muscles. It was all very abrasive and not relaxing at all. I'll never be back, what a shit show. read more

The therapist had both her earphones in so she didn't hear me say the pressure was too hard. She had no nurturing qualities. My perception was she didn't care at all about my experience or her job. I let management know and they were to get back with me to make it better but, of course, they didn't. I won't go back. They called and offered to make it up. I've been going to Elements Massage in Parker for over 2 years now. Very nice place, always clean, receptionists are very pleasant and easy going. I have had to switch 3 masseuses now as they leave for some reason but every time I was able to find another great one. I'm taking the time to do a review now because I found masseuse that's just unbelievable. Her name is Alia, go see her, you won't regret it. She has really great energy, she uses peppermint oil without extra charge, have never seen that before. The smell in the room is amazing. Her touch is great, she can do both deep tissue and a nice relaxing massage. I had a horrible neck pain this week and after one session I'm already feeling better. My first time getting a massage at Element, and I am very impressed. After moving to Colorado, my back and neck started to hurt again and coming from California I haven't had the time to go to find a Doctor for my back just yet. As I walked in, the front desk was nice, clean, and the front desk were very accommodating. I got Tevin as my massage therapist and the massage was perfect. He focused on the area that I said was painful and stiff. After my massage I instantly felt better, relaxed, and my neck and back pain went down. This is one of several Elements massage locations around Denver. I feel compelled to Yelp it because my expectations were absolutely exceeded. I think this business is similar to the Massage Envy concept of monthly massage memberships. Thinking it was a "chain spa", I just wasn't expecting much. I live in central Denver and had NO idea how to find the location, so I called ahead to get directions. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining how to avoid some construction in the area. Not your typical, rush rush phone call with a receptionist and my first clue that I might actually be impressed with the staff here. But my massage therapist was the real star here. Here name is Evelyn and she is incredible. By listening to my description of the pain I was experiencing, she targeted exactly the right areas and provided exactly the right trigger point massage treatment. She gets an A+. I had no expectation of going back to this place both because of the nature of the business (chain) and the fact that it is so far away from my 'hood. But... I was impressed enough that I'm considering signing up for their monthly membership and driving the 40 minutes for Evelyn's healing hands ($49 for a 55 minute full body massage). read more

First off - I paid for a 60 minute; start to finish time was 48 minutes. Front desk receptionist didn't know I was a member even though she welcomed me by my first name. Gave me her sales pitch about the membership, then looked like a deer in headlights when I told her I was already a member. My therapist tried to chat the entire time. Didn't massage any of the areas we discussed needed attention. Hurt me by just pressing on me, no massage what so ever. Her nails were so long they were slicing into my skin. I'm torn on this place. On the one hand, it's a nice facility, and everyone is friendly. They didn't try hard to sell me on the membership, which was appreciated. The therapist I had was Melodie, and she was very nice. Here's the big bummer. Since my massage (on Friday), my back and neck hurt MORE. I've had about 10 massages here and I really wanted to love this local Parker spot but it is nothing spectacular. I saw about 5 different masseuses and the only one worth going to in my opinion is Lovia. The prices are reasonable but there are no options in scents of lotions or any aromatherapy. I think there are options to pay more for some aromatherapy. If I come back I will just book with Lovia. The staff are unbelievably kind and accommodating but I just never had an unbelievable massage (except for with Lovia) read more

Visited Elements for the first time to get some relief from severe pinched nerves. They got me in the same day with Melody who worked her magic. It was one of those needs to be painful massages and she did not disappoint. She listened to my issues and worked to find the exact problem area. Solved my issue and I felt amazing the next day. The extended hours make it easy to get an appointment. The down side being it's membership based so it costs more to go back for another visit. read more

My wife and I were nervous having recently been to another "chain" day spa in the area which was horrible. We've had many massages in various resorts, hotels and destination spas in US and this definitely ranks as good as just about any five star spa treatment. The two female therapists were excellent from start to finish. The lobby has a nice spa feel and treatment rooms are large enough and good sized beds. My husband and I were visiting Parker for the Christmas holidays and both had a massage here at our daughter's recommendation. The lobby is peaceful and well appointed; sets the tone as soon as you arrive. My massage with Leah was one of the best ever (and I've been to 5 star resorts and paid 3-4 times as much for a massage). My husband also said it was one of his best massages ever (his therapist was Malinda). After my massage, I asked the ladies behind the counter how to get to the coffee shop on main street because that is where I was meeting my daughter. I was walking, as my daughter had dropped me off before her hair appointment. It was a snowy and windy day, and one of the ladies behind the desk offered to drive me there. So nice! Elements blew me away in two ways: 1) Service. I had to make a last minute appointment because I was surprising a bride with a pre-wedding massage, but couldn't secure her schedule until the last minute. The receptionist at Elements (with a slightly southern accent, I wish I could remember her name!) was WONDERFUL. She actually contacted the therapists herself, (one of whom ended up staying late for us! wow!) and then literally called back and forth with me more than 4 times in order to get us a time that worked for us. That's exceptional. 2) Massage quality. I have gotten deep tissue/sports massages at other places, but the deep tissue massage I got from Leah was the BEST massage I have ever had. I have massive, extremely tight knots from horseback riding and triathlon training that other therapists simply couldn't release. It seemed to be both a hand-strength and technique issue with the other therapists, but Leah got into those knots and was not going to rest until they were gone! I felt better than I had in months after this appointment. From now on, I don't think I will ever pay anyone but her for a massage! (I can't personally speak to the quality of anyone else, but my friend enjoyed her massage as well.) I will definitely return here for a massage, even though there are other places that are closer to me and have more glitzy atmospheres. I'll take the quality massage every time! read more

The massage itself was not symmetrical, seemed haphazard, and he did not focus on requested areas. The front desk was friendly however and appeared to take my concerns seriously. I really hesitated at first on whether to post this, but I thought on it and it needs to be said. Here's my experience (not with Elements as a company, just this particular location). Back in November 2016, I needed a massage rather badly after a rough week. I told the lady who answered the phone that I needed someone who was going to give me a deep tissue, pain-is-love type massage. Atleast an 8/10 on pressure. She says "I have the perfect one for you, you'll love him" - I get there and get the massage, and feel worse afterwards. It was a 3/10 at best on pressure. Wasn't happy. But then comes the real kicker: I walked basically the entire island of Manhattan on 12/31-1/1, flew back and had told another lady at the front desk the same thing... I need 8/10 minimum on pressure, and I'm bringing a friend in with me. What happens? We both get a 3/10. Again. After I had just explained to them why we needed to come in, and after I had just referred another possible customer to them, and between the two experiences I am out almost $300. Both were 90 -really 80- minute massages. Now I don't know who to blame, because when I make the same calls to the HighPoint location they always take great care of me. I gave them a 5 star review. This place though? I live in Parker now, and I almost cancelled my membership with Massage Envy when I knew this location existed. Good thing I tested it first, because Massage Envy is back in the lead. Highly doubt I'll ever be seeing this location again, I don't appreciate being lied to by the staff on how amazing the therapists are, and then when I get there I get a back rub for 90 minutes. I called the day before to schedule an appointment for a 1 hour massage. I was told prenatal was $10 more so it would be $79. I arrived for my prenatal massage over 15 minutes early to my 12pm appointment to fill out any paperwork and to get into my room. My massage therapist came and grabbed me at 11:59 and took me to my room. I quickly dressed down and got onto the table and waited. She came back in at 12:08 and my massage started at 12:10pm. She was VERY NICE and seemed a little nervous to hurt me or the baby. I just wanted a massage to feel more comfortable (back and hips obviously because I'm 38 weeks ) and at least half of my massage was legs and feet which was a bummer. My massage ended with her covering my feet and saying thank you for coming in. I got up to get ready and the clock said 12:54... so in all my massage lasted 44min at most. I got dressed and thanked her. I went to the counter to pay and the woman asked me if I would like to leave gratuity, I of course responded yes and said please add $15. The bill I received had $109 massage with a "first time customer discount" bringing down the total and somehow I ended up paying $99 with tip for a 1 hour massage that didn't even last an hour. I didn't argue as I don't like confrontation but I will not be back. Other than how sweet and kind my massage therapist was I don't have much positive to say about my experience. Bummer because I'm due in 2 weeks and will likely not have another massage before the baby gets here. Was hopeful but sadly disappointed. read more

I am visiting my parents here in Parker from Miami Beach. I get massages frequently, but never at a franchise operation. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was overly impressed. It had a boutique spa feel and the staff was very friendly and inviting. My therapist's name was Morgan and I highly recommend her. She finished off my massage with craniosacral treatment and I felt so relaxed, I I thought I had floated off the table.
