I felt so amazing having warm water splashed on me on a plastic table . Tip the masseuse after the service. Showers were nice, the hot tub was luke warm at best and there are no hair ties so you literally have to use your locker key which I didn't like. The vibe felt old in here but it was still a vibe. Receptionist was sorta outta it. But Mimi was the goat

This was my first time going here and it will be my last time. I don't recommend for anyone to come…read morehere, and definitely don't bring your children. My husband was in the steam room sitting with his eyes closed relaxing, and when he opened his eyes, the room was full of men masturbating and giving each other hand jobs. He left the steam room and didn't feel comfortable to return. He felt violated and disturbed by this behavior. We have been to multiple Korean spas all over the country, and have never experienced anything like this. It would be simple to stop this behavior, all they would have to do is have an employee whose job it is to make rounds and enforce the rules which are clearly posted - no sexual acts. Unfortunately there are hardly any employees around, and that is why these perverts can get away with these public sexual acts. Believe it or not, children are allowed at this spa. I am considering reporting this to the police for that reason. Now that I am here writing this review, I am seeing that there are multiple other reviews reporting the same thing. The fact that this continues to go on shows that management does not care. I will be posting this review anywhere that I can, and telling my friends and family to avoid this place.

OK, I've been getting massages at this Lynnwood location for a number of years now…read more I only started to work with Marina in the past few years (3?). She's great. Healing hands and sharp humor. I believe she's achieved Elite status. She's responsive. So, if you need more pressure, or focus on specific areas, you're covered. She keeps notes, and you don't have to remind her of what's ailing you on every visit.

Recently I booked a massage online which was accepted and confirmed virtually. The day before the treatment, I received a call from their receptionist informing me that the therapist preferred 90 minute slots and asked if I would be willing to update my massage from 60 to 90 minutes. Otherwise they would need to reschedule me for another slot. Their other time did not work for me. While the receptionist was very friendly and polite, the reasoning that the therapists didn't want to have empty portions in their schedules felt like a bait and switch. Essentially, asking me to spend more money with the therapist to make my visit worthwhile for them. This was frustrating especially because I had already booked a 60 minute massage with upgrades. Receptionist stated this is a known issue with their online scheduling platform, which seems idiotic issue that should be fixed for a large franchise since it significantly impacts the customer experience. This is the first time it has happened, so it's possible it is a therapist by therapists preference, but be alert that they may not be able to keep your appointment.

1 Star - Very uncomfortable tipping experience…read more I have been a regular customer at this massage place and usually visit about twice a month. As someone who also works in the service industry, I understand how important tips are and I always tip fairly depending on the quality of service. In the past I have tipped anywhere between $15-$25. However, my most recent visit was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I booked a 90-minute massage that cost $115 after tax. When it came time to pay, I intended to leave a $20 tip, which would bring my total to $135. The payment machine actually showed multiple tip options including $20. However, the staff refused to allow me to select the $20 option. They insisted that the tip must be 30% or more, and pointed to a small note on the table that said 30% gratuity is "appreciated." They then attempted to add $30 to my bill without my agreement. This is very concerning for several reasons: * The 30% tip was never disclosed before the service started * It was not listed on the official menu or pricing * The payment machine still shows optional tip amounts but customers are not allowed to choose them * Staff attempted to force a higher tip after the service was already completed A gratuity is supposed to be voluntary unless a business clearly lists a mandatory service charge before the service begins. Posting a small note on the table and then pressuring customers at the payment terminal is not transparent and creates a very uncomfortable situation. As a loyal customer who has supported this business many times, I felt extremely disappointed by how this was handled. If a business wants to require a 30% service charge, it should clearly state that on the menu and inform customers before the service -- not pressure them at the register after the service is finished. Customers should be aware of this policy before visiting.

It's a step above the average Asian massage parlor; it's got a clean, fantastic setup and vibe. As the name suggests they use hot stones as part of the $60 1 hour massage which is a nice feature. I see all the 1 star reviews very concerned about tipping. I don't think people should tell you how to tip, but I also feel like these workers earn their suggested 30% or whatever is posted.
