I used to love coming here to relax and would visit once or twice a week when it was newer, but it's really sad that I can't do that anymore. The male visitors have turned this Korean spa into a bathhouse. You cant sit in the steam room, sauna, or hot tubs, and rest because the visitors are touching themselves and each other in there. I've tried to give it a few chances recently but this has happened the whole time during my last few visits. I thought maybe if I could visit on different times or days I could find a time to relax, but unfortunately it seems this goes on all day. There are a lot of signs saying there shouldnt be any sexual contact, but they don't seem to do anything. The only safe place for the men who want to relax is the coed saunas because you have to wear clothes and women share the area with men. As a Korean, I am just so disappointed that I can't use this Korean Spa for it's intended purposes. There are bathhouses in Seattle for these things, why can't these guys go there? read more

If you looking for the best spa experience of your life then this is definitely NOT the place. If you looking for your "spa fix" then perhaps. The price isn't bad, because you have access to amenities and a message. There's a NO bathing suits policy in the locker areas where you access the steam room, hot tub, pool and showers. So if you're shy/uncomfortable find another place. The Good: lots of amenities to access. Staff is attentive and open to solving issues when made aware and are generally nice. Quiet/meditative atmosphere. The Bad: THE MESSAGE: that little Korean woman beat the shit out of me. Lol. There is a form for you to complete that offer an opportunity to inform them about problem, areas, areas to avoid and etc. They completely ignored that. I received my massage on Tuesday and it's just now recovering from the pain on Saturday. Swedish vs deep tissues doesn't mean shit. I'm a chubby dinosaur, so I know a masseuse would look at me and think they would have to work harder to make an impact. That's just not how it works for me. And unfortunately the masseuse speaks little English so communicating your needs will not be possible. The more English speaking staff are at the front desk and the 1/2 individuals running around. Tips: communicate your needs for massage upfront when you pay so hopefully they are translated clear before you get to your massage. Bring your own towel. Bought a Groupon for women's gold package and had an amazing, relaxing day at Q sauna. The facility is a bit run down with old sofas/common area, but the spa experience definitely met the expectations. You start by checking in and receiving a shirt and a short with towels. You will remove your shoes at the entrance and walk into the woman's locker/hot spring area. There are 2 hot water pools, 1 cold pool, an infrared sauna room, and a steam sauna room. Next to the pool, there are 2 spa areas for body scrub and massage. You will probably get the most extensive body scrub experience here, leaving with baby soft skin. The oil massage was a bit rough with the Korean auntie, but you will leave feeling relaxed. There is a snow room upstairs, and multiple hot rooms such as salt and charcoal rooms. There is also a Korean restaurant in the facility which was very convenient. Food was decent, a bit on the pricy side since the portion was small. Overall, it's a place where you can easily spend hours to relax, eat a nice meal, and go home feeling refreshed! read more

Here are the main differences: -short and shirt instead of robe -co ed -can eat at restaurant without using the spa You don't get to choose your clothing size - the front desk people give you what they think you look like, and you can't choose to have different size for top or bottom. The restaurant main dishes and barely tea were delicious. Pork was well seasoned and melts in your mouth. The sauce that came with it was MY FAVORITE PART - a type of sambal oelek, but more salty and less sour than ones I've had before. Sudubu was the perfectly amount of spice + flavor in my opinion! It warmed my soul without making me tear up or my nose run I liked banchan, except for the kimchi. I thought it lacked flavor and wasn't spicy enough. Overall , I would for sure come back ! This is truly an authentic spa. With many stone rooms to enjoy, the dry area is coed and the soaking tubs separate. The dry area is very large, and usually not very crowded. I've been at times where there's chatter, but it doesn't disturb me. Also, for services, it's not traditional, Swedish massage. It's much more in the style of Tui Na which is a generally more pressure and muscle specific. I've enjoyed it, and the scrubs as well. The scrubs are very thorough and not light on pressure either. The spa has its own restaurant, which is nice because you don't have to break to grab lunch. The restaurant has amazing food options, and again very authentic. read more

I was a bit underwhelmed. I got a Groupon but I'm still not sure if it was worth it. We called to come in on a less busy day but it was still crowded in all the rooms (Jade room, charcoal room, etc) and people kept opening and closing the door so you could feel a breeze as the heat leaves the rooms. I also didn't like how my locker number was jam packed with everyone else's. Can't they spread us out? There was a whole other aisle of lockers but no one was there. I had like 4-5 other girls changing next to me which was awkward. Super awkward. Also I bought a Groupon for a body scrub but will probably try to tackle Groupon' s awful non responsive customer service for a refund because the body scrub is not in a private room. Literally other ppl can watch you. It's right by the entrance of the pools and that's pretty crazy that people can just be watching me getting my body scrubbed... definitely getting a refund for that'. They should disclose that in the spa menu items online. It's not a private area!!! Two of the only highlights are the the Conway water machine in the women's locker room and the Q cafe. Price wise, this place is cheaper both for day spa & services compare to nearby competitor. However, the Hydrotheraphy area looks oudated. I wish it can have some fresh touch. I arrived up around 915 AM on Saturday. Things were not crowded, and I was quickly given my locker room key, towels, and uniform. They were handing out lockers very close to each other so it was a bit tight. I first started out with all the themed saunas in the gender mixed area. It was really nice that most of them had temperatures posted outside them! There was also a water fountain outside the rooms (in addition to the water station in the dressing rooms). I had no issues with the cleanliness of any of these spaces and things all seemed to be in great shape. The female area similarly was also in good shape. The restaurant did not open until noon and I ended up leaving right around so I'd be interested in trying it later. Overall, great experience that I'm sure to return to! read more

Love the cafe, coed area with all the different rooms, and the fact that on a weekend it's not that popular so we kinda got the whole space to ourselves for a bit. There's also no time limit so we stayed there all day for just $30 a person which was sooo worth it! The food in the cafeteria was also delicious but looking at the services they are pretty pricey compared to what I'm used to. The base spa experience was amazing though and very worth it! read more

One literally talked loudly in the pool area spa for an hour straight and not quietly even though she was asked to be quiet. Then 2 women hit into the snow room and screamed out loud then proceeded to speak so loud it resonated throughout the whole spa. No one said a word to them. During my epic massage, two employees had a screaming match (in the lobby) so again fun. Maybe my expectations were too high? I'll go again but maybe first thing in the morning. read more

My cousin and I tried this place since we had tried one in California. The place was pretty clean and modern. We were on a time crunch so didn't book services just the spa entry. The men's wet area was a bit small compared to others I've been to. For a Korean type spa there weren't any Koreans lol. I think employees should patrol the areas more for unwanted behaviors. The coed area was pretty nice I looked the variation of the themed saunas and the cafe smelled really good. The lady up front wasn't really friendly but not rude just seemed to not want to answer questions. I also asked if we decided on a massage later if they discount the entry fee but she said they still charge it which makes no sense. I would go back next time I visit Washington. read more

I had never been to a Korean spa before this one. The facilities are cool: several co-ed hot rooms of varying temps to relax and sweat in. There is also a wet area in the men's and women's only areas with lockers, various temp soaking tubs from cold to hot, sauna, steam and a communal shower room. Bring a man, I cannot speak about what the women's area is like. The wet area is a nude only space and the guys were very chill and not creepy about the casual nudity. There is also a Korean restaurant in the main area which is nice but overpriced IMO. I got a massage but it was not good. The lady told me to leave my bathing suit on and seemed almost shy about massaging my body. I have never had a massage therapist that seemed so shy and not engaged. So despite the massage and 1-2 guys enjoying the steam room too much, it was clean, well equipped and a nice relaxing space where I would even take company from out of town if they were not shy. This place has changed ownership multiple times and has undergone multiple renovations and their cafe has changed a lot too. But what hasn't changed is me coming here. This is the top go to spa for me. Less crowded than Olympus, very affordable, lots of rooms for the price of entry as opposed to many other spas like Yuen spa for example, and it's has a multiple pools (hot, warm, cold). Their cafe is awesome currently and serves a Korean menu with Korean classics and Korean trendy food. They also serve smoothies. The rooms are: charcoal room, stone room, clay room, salt room, cold room, and then the womens room has another stone room, a steam room and a classic style sauna room. I've been to several Korean spas on the west coast, and while Lynnwood Olympus is still the nicest, newest inside, Q spa is my new favorite. Really large rooms and hot tubs so you don't feel crowded. The heated rooms all seemed too hot for me but looked nice to relax in. I'm excited to go back! While it's not brand new, it's still very nicely appointed. This is a fabulous place for a pick me up! I spent all morning here yesterday, and it was glorious. I arrived late, and they were super accommodating and let me soak enough time before my service. They have ahot whirlpool, spas, a cold pool, a regular pool, a sauna, a steam room, they have everything! After my soak, the lady Sunny came and got me. I got a full body scrub and the gold package. It was so luxurious. The massage was absolutely wonderful. She also did a facial scrub and washed my hair! What a treat! Afterwards I went upstairs and went to the salt room, the yellow clay room, and the charcoal room. Oh and the cold room, where every day is Christmas ! I wish so much this place was closer to me because I would be there every weekend. Even so, I am going to bring my friends here for a girls day. Everyone is completely naked, there's no privacy within the rooms or service areas and hygiene practices are highly questionable. I would have rated 1 star if my rating was solely based on this. I also hated that they don't provide enough towels ( just a worn out tshirt and shorts), no robe or slippers! Hated that I had to be barefoot everywhere, including the restroom and cafe! 2) Services: they provide an array of services so there's something for everyone! We got the gold package which included a scrub, masks, massages, and a facial mask. The services were awesome and I cannot stop touching my skin 3 days later! SO SO good! Especially the body scrub. But again, not the most relaxing or private experience. No relaxing music, etc. 5 stars for the service itself , 1 star for the hygiene and the lack of privacy and relaxation. 3) Establishment: Amazing! Many rooms to choose from which are included in the price you pay including: Jade room, Charcoal room, Pink Salt Room, Clay room and Snow room. They currently have a deal on 2 day passes for $64 with an additional 20% off (~$51). A steal! Front Desk - There were 3 people working and they were quite busy on a Friday at 2pm. They request an ID or car key in exchange for the locker room key. If you lose it, you'll need to pay $20. 1 staff member realized it was our first time there and led us to the entry of the locker rooms/ bathhouses. We thought she was giving us a tour of the facility but she only mentioned how the locker rooms and bathhouses were separated by men and women and walked off. Access - A day pass gives you access to their nude bathhouses and sauna rooms. The women's bathhouse had a steam room, infrared sauna, hot pool, jacuzzi, and cold pool. There's shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. There's also body lotion, hair dryers, fans, combs, q-tips, and a water dispenser in the locker room. I suggest bringing your own water bottle to stay hydrated! Outside of the locker rooms, there's the cafe, shared resting areas, and saunas: yellow clay room, rock salt room, charcoal room, and ice room. Cafe - I had the tempura ($15), bibimbap ($16), baked eggs (2 for $3), strawberry & banana smoothie ($10), and a drink from the fridge ($3). This is a good spot to grab a snack if you're super hungry but I wouldn't choose the food here over the options nearby. Service was friendly. read more

My 25 year old son and I came to Q Spa today (5/18/2025) about 3:00pm. While I very much enjoyed the Women's Spa ( steam room and cold plunge were very good) My Son had a traumatizing time because there were Men performing sexual acts on each other in the Steam Room like it was their own personal sex club! Just right there in front of everyone. I'm appalled that they thought this was ok, I guess it's cheaper than getting a room. I saw another review today that said the same thing. While staying in Washington I found a spa in Lynwood located in shopping center with Walmart. It's clean and little run down. It could use some repairs. It's $40 for the day pass , $65 for a scrub , and $115 for an hour massage . You still have to pay entry fee if you get a service . They only take off $20 of the $40. I think their prices are high. If I lived here I'd still probably go. I was greeted by a worker that was friendly. She didn't tell me there was a time limit. You have to take your shoes off right away. No flip flops . They have 4 coed rooms upstairs . In the men's area they have a one sauna, and a steam room. They both were not too hot. They were bearable. They have three Jacuzzis which are labeled cold, warm , hot. read more

Overall rating 3.5 Korean scrub services 4! Came here on a rainy Tuesday with several friends after purchasing the Mother's day special regular combo (Korean scrub/moisture + cucumber mask). It was a great deal - essentially admission was free with the discount. I just made sure to mention the special rate when booking my apt and we paid the day of. The spa was mostly empty which was perfect for us. It is much smaller than some of the other spas in the area I have been to so I would not want to come on a weekend or during a busy time. Facilities were clean and staff friendly. We followed instructions of soaking for one hour prior to service and had a great scrub similar to what I've had in Asia. Ladies who provided the services did not speak much English so sometimes communication was challenging. They did a great job though and a general light massage, hair washing/massage was included. Cucumber mask was very refreshing. Bring cash for tip or you can add it to your credit card receipt at the front desk on the way out. We did not stay for lunch since restaurant did not look as tempting as some of the other options nearby. I would come again for another special or scrub combo or sometimes there are groupons for cheaper admision otherwise I'd probably go to another spa if I were to pay full price. read more

This is a reply to Matt T.'s recent review: I want to defend Q Spa and say that the manager took the appropriate action in kicking him out of the spa with no hesitation. Matt was inappropriately touching himself in the sauna. There are multiple witnesses of this. Matt is lucky I do not press charges against him for assault. The only thing I ask of Qspa is to hire full time security staff to watch the men's area to ensure everyone feels safe in the future. read more

I'm from Seattle. You know what that means right? We have virtually no Korean spas... or at least good ones... My partner and I visited Q Spa and had a relaxing and fun time after our long trip. It was great to just lay and do nothing while my partner finished up a couple of emails for work. We explored all the salt and sauna rooms, having almost every room to ourselves and ample space to lounge. A few hours flew by and it was time for our massage. Can't say this was one of my favorites just because of the roughness of the masseuse I had. She didn't speak English so I had no way of explaining to her what I wanted. There was an intake form in the beginning for "areas that need more focus" but she was upfront about just providing a one-size-fits-all massage. Had me squirming for some of it! I'd come back - don't come for a massage, DO come for the salt and sauna rooms, and DO try a juice/smoothie at the cafe. read more

Most traumatizing experience I had unfortunately. I was really looking forward to this sauna and spa with my partner. Came here on a Monday to relax and be at peace. Everything seemed normal the experience seem nice until you enter the men's spa area, there are perverts staring at all your private parts as you walk to a tub, and there was a person ejaculating to another's person hand. There were signage all over the place saying not to do any of these things, I felt uncomfortable to get up my spot to report it, if they known there is an activity going on like this they need staff there at all times maintaining the area and policy to have guest feel comfortable. Normally okay place but two younger guys today were recording videos in the wet area and making fun of people. I reported the guys to the male attendant and he did nothing. I was very upset that they allowed them to continue. I left after only an hour there. I did not feel comfortable using the wet space if they allowed people to record videos. I've been to this place several times and each time there was a negative experience. Taken individually, a negative but taken as a whole, truly bad. Overall consistent observation is that the front desk/reception is exceptionally poor. It's like they don't even listen to what you are saying. It isn't a language barrier, their English and Korean are just fine. It's just generally crappy service. Worst experience ever was that in the men's tub, some seedy types are all rubbing and touching each other. Observed more than one occasion so this is recurring. Reported to management but pretty much nothing happened. I just got my scrub and left. You just don't know what you may step in! Not truly ever as relaxing as it should be unless, well, you're looking for a rub and tug from dirty Mike and the boys. Hadn't been to a Korean spa before, only to a Japanese onsen. You get about three hours, the locker rooms are split men and women and are fully nude in the pools in the locker rooms(LGBTQ folks be aware if you don't feel comfortable in these types of more binary spaces). There is a middle area for everyone to enjoy, which is the sauna rooms and a café in the middle. When you enter, you are given a T-shirt, shorts & towels. My partner, and I enjoyed our time with just the regular spa access and no services, and thought the café was really yummy! 9/10 would go again! read more

I loved going to Korean spas in LA and was pleasantly surprised to find something so similar to my experiences in Seattle!!! Everything is clean. Lockers, showers, restrooms, saunas, cafe. The T-shirts and towels are also clean. Females get the more high-tech keys hehe. It has several well-maintained rooms. Himalayan salt room, charcoal room, clay room (but no clay balls?), and cold room. They have cushions or wooden blocks for your head. Essentially this has almost everything you'd expect from a Korean spa. There aren't heated floors or a super hot room. I just wish day passes weren't so expensive. read more
