I had a pretty good experience here -- major complaint is that the "uniforms" they give you are not size inclusive (only up to a point) -- and they are hideous!! Luckily I did bring my yoga pants and they said it was fine for me to wear my own clothes in the meditation rooms. Normally I go to Olympus, but the last few times there it was so crowded and pretty dirty. Q is definitely a lot less crowded and much cleaner. Also, I went with a friend on a groupon which you should definitely check for as I have seen them offer these quite a bit. So process is -- you check in and they give you the "uniform" -- they only have up to size 2x and it is a small 2x IMO -- more like a 1x. It is a tshirt and shorts. They also give you your locker key. Q Spa is coED but they have separate bathrooms for men and women. They only thing coED is the meditation rooms, the common areas and the cafe. So, after paying and getting your uniform you proceed to your designated bathroom/changing room area. Your locker key has a number to show you which locker you are assigned to -- the spaces for the lockers are a little narrow, but not as much as Olympus. You can either change to your uniform or you can head straight to the pools. I like to do the mediation rooms before I get wet so after changing I headed back out to the common area. There is at least one meditation room on the ground floor but the majority of them are up stairs. I am not sure if there is an elevator for someone that is handicap? But they had a salt room, a chill room, a charcoal room and a sand room -- I love the meditation rooms. I guess the only weird thing is that there were men sitting in the common areas outside of the rooms just working on their laptops -- seems like a weird thing to do in a spa! So my friend and I spent about an hour and a half in the meditation rooms and then we were ready for the sauna, the steam room and the hot tubs! They have three different hot tubs of varying temps and a sauna and a steam room. In this gender segregated area, you remove your uniform -- so like Olympus you need to be comfortable in your own skin. It wasn't crowded at all (unlike olympus where you can be boob to boob with someone). My friend and I enjoyed this section of the spa -- it was very relaxing. We were starting to get hungry and noticed the cafe opens around 11am. So we got changed back to our uniforms and headed to the cafe. I love Korean food -- I can't recall what the dish was called but it was one of those stone bowl dishes where the food is still cooking in the very hot bowl. It wasn't quite as good as Olympus but it was still pretty yummy. Service was friendly and pretty quick too. I will definitely try Q Spa again.

Bought a Groupon for women's gold package and had an amazing, relaxing day at Q sauna. The facility is a bit run down with old sofas/common area, but the spa experience definitely met the expectations. You start by checking in and receiving a shirt and a short with towels. You will remove your shoes at the entrance and walk into the woman's locker/hot spring area. There are 2 hot water pools, 1 cold pool, an infrared sauna room, and a steam sauna room. Next to the pool, there are 2 spa areas for body scrub and massage. You will probably get the most extensive body scrub experience here, leaving with baby soft skin. The oil massage was a bit rough with the Korean auntie, but you will leave feeling relaxed. There is a snow room upstairs, and multiple hot rooms such as salt and charcoal rooms. There is also a Korean restaurant in the facility which was very convenient. Food was decent, a bit on the pricy side since the portion was small. Overall, it's a place where you can easily spend hours to relax, eat a nice meal, and go home feeling refreshed!

Loved my experience here! The facility is clean, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. My friends and I ended up spending the entire day enjoying the atmosphere and amenities. The cafeteria was an unexpected highlight, the food was absolutely delicious. I also highly recommend the Aroma Body Scrub; it was one of the best treatments I've had. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to come back!

TLDR: $38 day pass, no tax. Small pool area, large hot/cold rooms. Restaurant on site. Co-Ed. Came here on a Sunday because Olympus Spa was closed. Here are the main differences: -short and shirt instead of robe -co ed -can eat at restaurant without using the spa You don't get to choose your clothing size - the front desk people give you what they think you look like, and you can't choose to have different size for top or bottom. The restaurant main dishes and barely tea were delicious. Pork was well seasoned and melts in your mouth. The sauce that came with it was MY FAVORITE PART - a type of sambal oelek, but more salty and less sour than ones I've had before. Sudubu was the perfectly amount of spice + flavor in my opinion! It warmed my soul without making me tear up or my nose run I liked banchan, except for the kimchi. I thought it lacked flavor and wasn't spicy enough. Overall , I would for sure come back ! Glad to know there's multiple options of naked spas to try !!!

I've been here many times. This is a good place if you are looking for a quite Korean Spa ~not overcrowded. It has hot, warm, cold pool, steam, and many dry sauna on first & second floor. Price wise, this place is cheaper both for day spa & services compare to nearby competitor. However, the Hydrotheraphy area looks oudated. I wish it can have some fresh touch. This place is available for both men & women. The Q Cafe food taste great!

I arrived up around 915 AM on Saturday. Things were not crowded, and I was quickly given my locker room key, towels, and uniform. They were handing out lockers very close to each other so it was a bit tight. I first started out with all the themed saunas in the gender mixed area. It was really nice that most of them had temperatures posted outside them! There was also a water fountain outside the rooms (in addition to the water station in the dressing rooms). I had no issues with the cleanliness of any of these spaces and things all seemed to be in great shape. The female area similarly was also in good shape. The restaurant did not open until noon and I ended up leaving right around so I'd be interested in trying it later. Overall, great experience that I'm sure to return to!

    Do you have male masseur?

    Yes, there are male masseuses.

Do you get a private room to relax in with your family?

Not entirely private,no. The closest would be using the rooms during off hours which barely have any people.

Are the men's wet areas nude?

Yes, it's a typical Korean spa where the gendered areas are nude and common areas you wear a uniform.

What exactly is the uniform? What kind of coverage does it allow?

We provide shorts and T-shirts for uniform. You need to wear the uniform to use the co-ed far-in fared rooms and the restaurant.

Will Q Spa be open on December 26th?

Yes. Only time we are closed are the Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Do I need to buy a membership to enter or can I buy a one day pass?

You can just purchase a day admission without buying the membership.

What is the price to come inside?

Currently $38 for a day admission ( other services are extra)

Is there a way to "tour" the spa before making an appointment?

You can either check us out on our website. Anytime when you stop by at the spa, we can give you a tour of the facility.

How hot exactly are each of the sauna rooms?

About 125-140 degrees- the temperature is listed outside each dry sauna (Salt room, charcoal room and yellow clay room) There is also a cold room but I don't remember the temperature.

I was over changed but the hundred how would i get a refund or just A free spa day?

I am so sorry, I don't quite understand your question. Anytime when you get overcharged we can give you a refund.

Can we buy gift cards online for just a flat amount instead of packages?

Not sure about online, but I know that you can buy gift cards in person for any amount.

Recently I booked a massage online which was accepted and confirmed virtually. The day before the treatment, I received a call from their receptionist informing me that the therapist preferred 90 minute slots and asked if I would be willing to update my massage from 60 to 90 minutes. Otherwise they would need to reschedule me for another slot. Their other time did not work for me. While the receptionist was very friendly and polite, the reasoning that the therapists didn't want to have empty portions in their schedules felt like a bait and switch. Essentially, asking me to spend more money with the therapist to make my visit worthwhile for them. This was frustrating especially because I had already booked a 60 minute massage with upgrades. Receptionist stated this is a known issue with their online scheduling platform, which seems idiotic issue that should be fixed for a large franchise since it significantly impacts the customer experience. This is the first time it has happened, so it's possible it is a therapist by therapists preference, but be alert that they may not be able to keep your appointment.

1 Star - Very uncomfortable tipping experience…read more I have been a regular customer at this massage place and usually visit about twice a month. As someone who also works in the service industry, I understand how important tips are and I always tip fairly depending on the quality of service. In the past I have tipped anywhere between $15-$25. However, my most recent visit was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I booked a 90-minute massage that cost $115 after tax. When it came time to pay, I intended to leave a $20 tip, which would bring my total to $135. The payment machine actually showed multiple tip options including $20. However, the staff refused to allow me to select the $20 option. They insisted that the tip must be 30% or more, and pointed to a small note on the table that said 30% gratuity is "appreciated." They then attempted to add $30 to my bill without my agreement. This is very concerning for several reasons: * The 30% tip was never disclosed before the service started * It was not listed on the official menu or pricing * The payment machine still shows optional tip amounts but customers are not allowed to choose them * Staff attempted to force a higher tip after the service was already completed A gratuity is supposed to be voluntary unless a business clearly lists a mandatory service charge before the service begins. Posting a small note on the table and then pressuring customers at the payment terminal is not transparent and creates a very uncomfortable situation. As a loyal customer who has supported this business many times, I felt extremely disappointed by how this was handled. If a business wants to require a 30% service charge, it should clearly state that on the menu and inform customers before the service -- not pressure them at the register after the service is finished. The first appt. was cx with sufficient notice, allowing me to reschedule my service in a similar time frame. They said my artist was on medical leave. Ok, understandable. However, the most recent appt. was just cx, LESS than 24 in advance. Please note, THEY require 24 hours notice if WE cancel, or they charge your credit card on file. Last year or so, the salon cx my appt. as I was driving to it, so less than an hour in advance. As a client, with such short cancellation notice, this means I have to wait, at MINIMUM, 1-2 wks to reschedule as most artists are booked out that long. I don't know all the details about why my artist extended her leave, and I wish her the very best, but either she waited less than 24 hrs to notify the salon that she'd be extending her leave, or else the salon delayed in informing its clients. Of course, I understand that things happen with artists, but the grace should run both ways. If the salon has such a strict cancellation policy/fee, then they should abide by it as well. Perhaps they should credit us the cost of service that they cx?! Our time is just as valuable. Another example: Historically (going WAY back) rates would raise about once a year. In the last 5 or more years, I've noticed they raise rates several times a year, which seems excessive. Now, it's just plain egregious. The past 3 months alone, one of my colorist's rates have raised EVERY MONTH: $133 - may $136 - june $149 - July I love my colorist, and that she is getting paid well, however, these price hikes are egregious and *not* sustainable for the average person. For those that can afford this, you are lucky! So for those of you who feel like your artist's prices keep going up, up, up: start tracking this, b/c you are not imagining it. Anyway, I do love my various artists, but it's time to start looking at other salon options.
