i'll start with the positives: easy parking, clean facility, and friendly staff…read more unfortunately, my experience overall was very disappointing. during the massage, the therapist left the room twice, and at one point a man knocked on the door, both of which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. more importantly, the massage itself was not what I requested. I booked a deep tissue massage, but the session consisted mostly of stretching and pressing rather than actual deep tissue work. I left feeling unsatisfied and confused, especially given the high rating of this place. I'm not sure if I just had an off experience, but based on this visit, I wouldn't return.

She started out by walking on me and then I asked for focus to be on my lower back and hamstrings and she was fabulous. 5/5 45min Sauna Wrap this was such a unique service offering and it felt so good on my muscles especially after an amazing deep tissue massage. I will say that the 45 min did feel a little long but I might just be a wimp. Normally I can only last 15min in a sauna. The first 20min I was asleep and then got a little toasty. But I was able air myself a little bit since they didn't fully zip me in. Parking 3/5 it's next door to a very busy restaurant there are reserved spots for them but it does get filled up fast Overall this is an amazing spa and I will definitely be back

MRIs, specialists, arm numbness, back pain, ankle and heel pain, and thumb pain. I started seeing Dr. Kim a few weeks ago, and we've been doing shockwave therapy on my ankle, heel, and thumb. The improvement has honestly been amazing. The biggest win has been my thumb. After just two sessions, I could finally feel my grip coming back after struggling with simple things like opening jars and even doors since last October. My arm numbness and back have also improved, and every visit I leave feeling a little better than the last. When I went in, Dr. Kim really took the time to talk through my pain and actually listen to what was going on. He does these specific stretches during the adjustment that made a huge difference, and he definitely went above and beyond what I expected for a first appointment. My partner even noticed that the lump was finally gone after my visit and told me my walking and posture look way better. I'm complaining about pain so much less now and just feel more aligned.
