I was in a lot of pain and reached out to Traci, and she was able to fit me into her schedule, which I really appreciated. I received a brief apology and was simply sent on my way. To drive there, show a confirmed appointment, and still be turned away with no solution or compensation was extremely disappointing. And the filthy house smelled like cigarette smoke. Do not waste your time or money! You will leave completely stressed! And immediately have to wash everything that you had on and take a hot shower in case of any hitchikers(bugs).
