Her shop is easy to find with a nice clear store front. As I entered, I was treated to a warm, professional smile. The shop's interior was tidy and had a nice, neutral smell. Scheduling an appointment was super simple using her website, and lucky for me, I was able to slip in a same-day appointment. Ms. Noah was available right on time. , and checked me in without any fuss. Her paperwork was straightforward and not overly invasive. The massage was exactly what I requested, including avoiding the areas I specified. The massage area is private and comfortable. After the massage was complete, Ms. Noah simply offered to set up my next appointment, no pressure, no up sales, just a courtesy for my next appointment. There are also workshops, reiki, and more. All the teachers I've met so far are great, and they're very helpful when you have questions or problems with the poses. A short time ago, she received a call from someone in the salon saying the person who was scheduled to do the updo won't be in and her appointment was cancelled because no one is available to do it. This is ludicrous, unacceptable and VERY unprofessional!!!! WHAT kind of business does this?! Certainly doesn't happen where we are from! She is not having any luck finding availability in other salons TWO days before the wedding. If you cared about your business and clients, you would find a solution. Simply unacceptable. I was going to PT, but my…read moreshoulders were very tight and knotted up and certain range of motions were not getting any better. My first appointment, Marissa worked on my shoulders and scapula. I was able to tell a huge difference after my first appointment. My surgeon was concerned that I may have to have a second manipulation done since my range of motion to the side and behind my back was not getting any better. My second appointment, Marissa worked on my arm and all the tightness that was I was experiencing. Once she was done, I got dressed and was moving my arm around. I literally almost cried because I was able to move my arm so much better. I was able to reach partially behind my back (which I have not been able to do for almost a a year), and I was able to move my arm off to the side! She's a miracle worker!!! I know with my next appointment, it will get even better! I'm so thankful for her!!
