Found them today and after being out of the country for two months, both my vehicles were pretty ugly and unsuitable to drive. I stopped by to talk to them and yes, they could get me in shortly as a walk-in so I ran my errands and took my STi back. 1/2 hour later it was done and looking great. Went home, got the Miata and took that it. I was really coated with pollen and a short time later, it was also clean and looking great. Highly recommended. Very reasonable prices. I just had the outside of both cars washed but they also do full detailing and from what I could see, they do a good job there also. read more

I bought an older car and wow did it need a thorough cleaning! I reached out to Master Auto Detail and they were pretty easy to work with, I bought the car by late in the day and they had it the entire next day. When I dropped it off, I sat waiting for my ride and one of the Master Auto Detail employees went to my car to move it so they could start work. My car is a manual transmission. It took the person more than 5 minutes and a few car hops before they gave up (not being able to drive a stick). I offered to move it, I just didn't want someone who couldn't drive a stick trying to drive it! Not a great first impression. I showed up at 4 PM the next day and the car was not done. They needed another 2 hours. I returned at 6 and it was done. It looked very different, definitely cleaner. Outside was clean, but not buffed out as I would have liked. I had asked to make they shampooed the rugs and seats, that appeared to have been done. The car was cleaner, all surfaces had been wiped down/cleaned. It smelled better, too. It's now been a couple of weeks and the detail is holding up pretty well, the exterior sheds rain (what little we have had). The inside doesn't smell as good as it did, but it is much better than it was. Master Auto Detail has a lot of prices on their web site and I never did see a price for exactly what I wanted, but when the price came in at $310, I was satisfied and thought the price was fair, They offer a ceramic finish, I may return to get that before winter. read more

I brought my son's Mazda 3 in after realizing that he had a mold/mildew/leak problem in the trunk. After looking through several Yelp reviews, I saw this company had the most positive reviews and decided to pay a visit. As far as the car, everything stunk and was wet and soaked inside. I made the trip to Master Auto Detail and spoke to Jecsan out front and discussed my issue. I will say that young man was the very reason why I decided to give my business to this company. He was very professional, knew exactly what to do, reassured me the horrible smell would be removed and told me that the car would be thoroughly cleaned inside and out on a VERY reasonable budget. A personal promise I would be okay in the end. The next day after deciding this is the place...I called to see if they could squeeze me in due to Christmas break and explaining my work schedule, Angelica the owner told me to come on in and they will make it work. I showed up to several cars being cleaned, several workers hard at work and felt reassured that the job would be done. I showed up later in the day to not only seeing my son's car SHINE on the outside...they had everything dried out from washing inside, every single place I looked over initially that looked dirty was spotless and the smell inside was amazing. I am not kidding... I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!! I never leave reviews very often. You have to deserve my time to (on a Saturday night right now) to write a great review. I can promise you this...this family business is worth every dime. Very affordable and I was worried it would be out of budget...this is THE only place I will ever take my car to be proffesionaly cleaned. So I previously brought a rancid, rotten, thoroughly thrashed vehicle to Master Auto Detail a few months back. It belonged to my girlfriend. I wrote a review on another account, shouldn't be hard to find. Well, me and that girlfriend recently got engaged, and as gift, her father gave us his old truck... Truck is great, truly. Runs like a dream. The interior on the other hand? Well, he's his daughter's father. The smell had a half-life of nevermore. Like a gaggle of old wet dogs threw a three-day, Memorial Day weekend themed, lemon party. Ruff.. the opposite of tender. Truly brutal. Stains. Endless globs of glue for some reason? Lots of dog hair. And again, the smell. Well, I went to Master Auto Detail's new location at 1500 Carolina St., and let me tell you, the change of location hasn't effected the service one bit. They are better than ever. I am just grateful for all they have done to salvage the cars of my soon to be family. Great people and great skill. The best in Bellingham if you ask me. read more

I want to start by saying that under no circumstances am I saying my girlfriend is filthy, or that she keeps her things in a level of filth. I am not saying that. Wouldn't dare. You shouldn't either. Would be a bad move. That said, my girlfriend's car looked like a warm swamp found an aging mule on a quiet summer night and that together they did something unholy. It was hard enough to look at the car's interior, let alone travel in it. Something had to be done. The kind, welcoming (which stands of note considering the stains in the vehicle), and talented crew at Master Auto Detail not only smacked the smell out of the car, they took those aforementioned unholy stains out with it. I am not qualified to merit the work a miracle, but I would like to at least advocate it's consideration for such honors. 5 stars. read more

Let me just lay out what happened - you decide whether you want to do business here. I dropped off two seats from my camper to be cleaned. I filled out a form with my name and phone number and they assured me they'd be done by tomorrow. That was Wednesday. I went back Thursday morning and the seats had been moved inside. Still dirty, but inside. They assured me they'd be ready first thing Friday. First thing Friday I go in there and they haven't moved an inch. I would give them ten stars if I could. Five (5) for their culture of excellence and the quality of their work at a reasonable price, and five (5) stars for their ethics and honesty. My wife's diamond ring went missing about six months ago and was now presumed lost. When I went to pick up my Volvo XC40, there were just a few things I missed when cleaning out the car and they put them in the glove box for me - thirty one cents, a chap stick and shinning bright - my wife's gold diamond ring. If you know these XC40s, they have terrible nooks and crannies under the seats and only their thorough detailing did their interior cleaner discover the ring and had the honesty and integrity to turn it in for return to me. I had a fantastic experience getting my Chevy HHR detailed. The car was purchased recently, and had been used for storage...it was beyond filthy, smelled terrible, the interior was wet and moldy due to a faulty sealant issue, etc. Angelica looked at the car and was confident it could be dramatically improved. After a few well needed days, I came by and was shocked. It was an amazing transformation. Car completely dry, no smell or mildew, superb detailing of interior, exterior, engine. I wish I had taken before and after photos...remarkable. My car was too far gone with some things that just couldn't be cleaned, but that's 100% understandable. All for over $100 less than a nearby company quoted. I wish I could remember the name of the specific tech who did such a great job, she was just excellent and very nice to boot. Oh the disappointment. Do NOT trust their website, they refused to honor the pricing they are advertising, it's not a special, it was the price. I was told, oh we are updating the site... well then honor what you publish until you do. The "cut me a deal" and only charged 10% more than the web price. The service on the web clearly says the "spiffy" includes an interior wipe down. The did NOT even wipe down the wet doors from leaving them open in the rain, much less anything else. I was stupid enough to tip without inspection, so this fiasco was more costly than it should have been. Don't waste your money. They did do a good vacuum, but with a handful of quarters I could have done that. read more

Master Auto Detail ("MAD") came to my rescue today! Pulled my large Sequoia up and showed the owner that the interior was covered with dirt after having taken a tour on an unpaved country road with the windows rolled down. What a hot mess! Dirt was EVERYWHERE! MAD started work on my car PRONTO and got it all cleaned out by using the air compressor hose and lots of water & towels. After the exterior got a bath, too, I felt like I had a brand new SUV! Highly recommend this establishment; owner & employees could not have been nicer, professional, and sympathetic to my situation. read more

They took me in right away for a detailing package. There aren't all sorts of detailing packages, as at other places, just $160 for a detailing and an extra $20 if it's extra dirty. They stay open until 7, so they had time to detail and let the carpets dry. A great job, with the motor block cleaned and even the spare tire area, and asked if I wanted a scent bar before putting one in. They even gave me free rubber cargo mats. They're also within walking distance to Sunnyland, where I live, so I didn't have to ask for a ride. read more

I have a 2006 Toyota Avalon that I'm going to trade in on a new automobile. I got quotes from 3 detail shops nearest my home. Master Auto Detailers were the lowest by over $50. I was a little skeptical at first, but gave them a shot. I furnished them with paint chip repair paint from the dealership. The car had been parked outside for a couple of years and green algae had built up which I could never get totally off with regular washings. The stuff was built up in trunk rim, hood rim, and doorways and windows. When I picked up the car I could not find a speck of algae anywhere. The interior was spotless, most ground in spots in carpet and floor mats were gone. The car was almost new car showroom quality. I was very satisfied with the quality, speed and diligence that was put into that car for the price I paid. Will definitely use them again should the circumstance require it.
