Yeah THIS is supposed to be a medium crab.

I'M PISSED!! Today I went to this place and had a nice conversation with the person a young man, behind the counter. I went to get live crabs. I hate getting crabs from places that have them in the back of the store where you can't see what you're getting. The young man was nice enough and we had a good conversation. I got 2 dozen mediums for $77. Mediums???? On top of the bag were ones that I would call medium but the rest at the bottom were barely legal size! I honestly don't think they were legal. They were babies! That asshole smiled right in my face and duped me. I was a new customer so I really didn't know about this place. Don't buy from this place! If they dupe customers like this , there's no telling what kind of shananagins they're pulling with the cooked food. If they're small just say that. I probably would have bought them anyway. Shame

I already have a crab place I frequent. I kept seeing Master Baiter's in my timeline on IG the crabs look so good. So I decided to go; this is now my 3rd visit in 2 weeks!! They hands down have the best crab season, larger meatier crabs. This is now my go to for crabs!

The hilarious name drew me in. But when I walked in & saw all the fishing gear, tackle, live bait, crab pots & lines, crab cooking stuff and funny t-shirts, I understood the legitimacy of the pun! Everyone here was helpful yet not hover-y, which was perfect. If you aren't in the area, they have funny shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc. for sale on their website : )

Beautiful!!! Excellent place to buy crabs fantastic!!!

The crabs were sweet and meaty, and the large and extra large were perfect - they were sized right!

In addition to all the sauces, mostly Vietnamese and Korean, there are seasonings, spices, fresh produce including guavas, durian (frozen whole and peeled), baby bananas (apple bananas? not sure the variety) and Asian greens like Shanghai baby bok choi, gai lan, and water spinach, garlic chives and long beans. Didn't see pea vines but they are quite hard to get. Bulk rice and dried mushrooms, and fresh fish and seafood as well as meats including organ meats. Noodles fresh, frozen and dried as far as the eye can see. A small section of housewares. Outside the market (which is in the old Toys R Us if you remember back when) there is a small food court with roast duck, banh mi and pastries. There is also a Korean bbq restaurant and a noodle and dumpling restaurant nearby in the parking area, the Korean bbq is across from the market and the noodle dumpling house is next to where the old Borders bookstore had been (on the way out of the shopping center.) Worth the trip. We enjoy cooking at home, especially Asian food and we enjoy grocery shopping so this was a really fun excursion. And since we eat a lot of bok choi, we'll be back soon.

It's a large Asian grocery store that sells everything from fresh seafood, produce, cooking tools, frozen food, and more. It has a small food court area with a few vendors, which is really why we stopped by, but we explored the store after lunch. If we lived in the area, we'd shop here all the time.

Fantastic selection, so much frozen food as well which makes it even better than other markets with international foods. Easy check-out experience as well, which wasn't always true in the past and one reason I stopped going. Put this place on your rotation and you won't be disappointed, a must-visit in the area! Star off for seeing a few products from different countries without ANY labels in English. I don't know if this is even technically legal in Delaware, maybe someone can let me know since I routinely shop in 5 different states and can't keep up. When I lived in England for sure they had to print out labels in English to stick onto food packages if there was no English already printed on them----and basic nutrition info as well (like our RDA's... this was like 20 yrs ago I'm only guessing this is still true). Seems reasonable, and the products I often saw with these labels were still inexpensive at warehouse-style stores in England. What about allergies? Or just knowing what the main ingredients are?
