I went to Jim & asked for a refund. He said, NO REFUNDS & walked away. If you can find his mile long contract it says, NO REFUNDS! If you died before using the cart, NO REFUND! $132 for nothing. No photos, nothing to show. We are living in a different world!

Soooo we drove over an hour to pull up on a dilapidated metal building with poor signage (we literally passed it twice because the sign was so small). Come to find out the building was locked! When I called, Justin answered the phone and told me they don't have carts at the Appleton location that we needed to drive to Green Bay!! I told him about the door being locked and he surprisingly said "oh, Mike is supposed to be there". At no point was there an effort to ask "sorry for the error and a wasted trip, is there anything I can help you with?"....nope instead he hung up on me because my husband, who was in the background said a swear word....SMH.... terrible way to do business and a complete waste of time for us to be driving over 3 hours round trip!

I took my car to Main Tire and Auto today because I thought a fuse had blown that works the lighter…read morethat we use for charging stuff on the road. One of the mechanics saw me drive in and met me at the car to see what I was coming in for. I explained and he told me to just wait there for a second and he came back with something to test the fuse, went back in got the right fuse and replaced it all within about 5 minutes. I asked how much I owed him for the fuse and he said "how about $2?" I gave him $5 and was on my way. I went there all prepared to do some reading while I waited and barely made It out of the car much less went inside the shop. I had never been to Main Tire and Auto before, but will not hesitate to go back for a larger problem.
