So far I'm not impressed. I bought the car in a week ago and was told that the tear down would be done "for sure" by the end of the week. Friday came around and it was not done. They then told me it would be today. I called today and was told they now Tuesday because they had "two big jobs" they needed to get done before mine. I understand that delays happen but it's poor business to set expectations you KNOW you can't meet. I'm livid. read more

I utilized another company for bumper work on a Volvo and they could not color match so I ended up with a mismatched colored vehicle. They are fast, fair pricing and the outcome is appreciated. Wow.. Where do I begin?! BMW gives very few choices for body work so I figured the 2 month wait time to get my mom's X3 into the shop was not surprising. I figured that meant they would order the parts ahead of time and it would be quick work. Boy was I wrong. Now just shy of 3 MONTHS (!!!) in the shop, my mom finally received her car back. It took her calling weekly and tolerating Duane being incredibly rude to her (a 67 year old lady, my god thats embarrassing for him) to get her car back. And we figured that was the end and we could move on BUT NO. When she picked up the car, the interior was an absolute dirty mess. They obviously had the car open for 3 months as there was a layer of construction dust over everything. Every interior panel has dirt dust and finger prints. Even the fabric ceiling is disgusting. The photos don't do it justice. This is an almost new BMW, we would expect to receive a clean car after paying 17k for repairs, but Master Collision and Duane definitely don't care! They have more than enough business to ignore customer service (according to Duane). Please stay away from these awful people. read more

These guys are no good. I left my car after being rear ended. They returned the car in an unsafe condition. After driving a few hours, the same lights came on. After going to a second shop, there was still visible damage to the exhaust system and a buckled panel under my spare tire. They sent me out in an unsafe vehicle after a $6,000 charge. Either shoddy work or scandalous sons of b#@$&$. Either way, stay away. read more

Unbelievable work, car looks brand new after a wreck that took out whole fender and part of the hood. Color matched a hard color perfectly, made it super easy to secure payment from insurance (allstate), and couldn't be happier. read more

When I originally went to the shop to receive a quote and pointed to all the damage that was done to my vehicle during a hail damage storm, the sales agent indicated that it would take a week to repair. I was able to leave for a week on March, and I got a call on Wednesday (two days later) indicating that my car was ready. I was asked to submit my $500 deductible payment, and trusting in the State Farm recommendations I went ahead and paid for it. I stopped wondering why it took so little to fix when I saw the results at pickup. The "Tim" that I spoke to refused to acknowledge that the missing repairs were related to the same hail storm, even though I have pictures to prove that. I left the repair shop without receiving any solution to my issue, and immediately reported this fraudulent activity to State Farm and to American Express. read more

My car was broken into at Centennial Lakes. Window smashed and window frame damaged. I contacted several body shops in the area. Master Collision checked my car, gave me an estimate, organized rental and were very professional. No wait time! Jim kept in contact with me and called when he said he would. He told me it would take about three days and he was correct. My experience was Master Collision was great and I can recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork done. read more

DONT COME HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY REPAIR JOB. I brought my vehicle here for front left damage. After extending the repair time, twice, I finally got my car back with several things wrong. The drivers door lock was broken, paint missing from the inside of the door and a dent where they pried off the door panel. When I called to inform them about the broken lock, I asked why they had my door panel off in the first place. (There was no prior damage to the door from the accident and I've never taken off the door panel) Tim the sales rep said they took the door apart to take off the door handle so they could blend the paint. In the same conversation told me the door could have been like that before I brought it in! After which he told me he would have to email and bill the insurance company. Two days later I hadn't heard anything, I called my insurance company and asked if they have heard anything, but no. No emails or calls, this is the first they heard about it. I called Tim back and he said "I emailed them but haven't heard anything back but I ordered a new lock and were gonna just eat the cost" Over the next week I did some maintenance which required me to remove the bumper cover so I decided to have a look at the repair job. I found missing screws and clips, one bracket, that held in my headlight in had 1out of 3 screws holding it on. Plastic parts that tunnel air to my brake rotors were broken and loose and the wiring harness was just hanging with all the clips still on. The did buy the door lock but I'm going to have to pay for the door repaint and all the missing/broken parts out of my pocket. It's not worth the headache to try and deal with this place read more

My car recently got hit while parked and sustained a bit of damage. Upon the recommendation of my dealer (Motorwerks), I took my MINI to Master Collision for repair. There service was outstanding! They fixed my car so that it looks like new (even buffed out other scratches they found), and arranged a rental car for me that I could pick up right at the shop as I was dropping off my car. It took them no time at all to fix my car, and they kept me updated on their progress every step of the way. Should you need auto body work in the future, I HIGHLY recommend Roger's Master Collision! read more

I would rate them 0 if I could. Do not come here if you have a foreign vehicle although they atatethey know how to work with them... they don't. It took them a week when it was supposed to be 3 days then once I got the car back they weren't able to update the computer on my bmw to show that the lights were fixed. They told me it was because my car was older they weren't able to do anything. Don't recommend them unfinished job. read more

Scheduled a repair 2+ weeks out, only to find out part back ordered 4+ weeks. After part came in, they wanted to schedule another 3+ weeks - after complaining, they scheduled 1+ week out. Brought car in and left for repair. Manager then called next day and refused to do agreed upon repair as it was not, "cost effective". The repair agreed to was filling in reflector and washer divots on new bumper - part of larger bumper and side skirt replacement. General Manager, John, explained this is "customizing" the vehicle - which they are not interested in doing. Said "sorry", will talk to his estimators to make sure they don't agree to this kind of job in the future... but leaving me screwed out of time and effort. Flabbergasted, at this last minute refusal after many weeks of waiting, driving across town w/ wife to drop vehicle off. Ridiculous. Very upset. Weeks lost. Effort expended. Nothing to show. Absolutely do not recommend. read more

My initial work was quoted as taking two weeks; it took six. I had to take the car back twice afterward for the lifetime warranty of the workmanship because i had issues with the door not closing and the seatbelt. Now my air conditioner is not working. But I must commend Anthony for being absolutely wonderful with customer service. I understand that a Mini is a difficult car to work on, and his customer service has made me a loyal customer. Great customer service! However, the repair took 4 more days than originally estimated. No additional problems were found during the course of the repair so I'm not exactly sure why it took longer than estimated. I cant rave enough about this place. Im very particular about my car. I ABSOLUTELY would not recommend any other place beside Roger master collision. I have only been to the Bloomington location however. I highly Recommend John Frankovitch. His customer service skills are top notch. He has a genuine interest in making you happy. Lots of places like this have a bunch of grumpy men who try to intimidate you and make you feel like a bother because you are very particular about YOUR CAR. John makes it about YOU and your satisfaction and happiness. He is a breath of fresh hair. Literally because of him I keep going there and will refer everyone I know. read more
