They called to say the hood was a problem, and would not be repairable. He wanted to replace the hood with a new hood at an additional charge of $2,500. I said no. He repaired the agreed to damage other than the hood, but still charged me $1,400 more than the original estimate. I complained that the bill was higher than the original estimate, and not all the agreed work was done. Clearly, at least $1,000 should have been reduced from the bill. They refused to understand, and refused to reduce the bill. They demanded more than the original amount. A rating of 1 is too high for them.
