I asked an employee if they had any available he quickly escorted me to the front desk and an associate immediately checked to see if there were any located in the store I was then taken to the manager and he also checked to see if there were any available for purchase ,in the back He said there were seven available and asked if I could wait about 10 minutes while he had his team locate the shelf I returned to the aisle to also look myself to see if the shelving unit was perhaps on a top rack, and I noted two employees scouring the immediate location, and I assumed they were looking for the shelf as well I was impressed that they were on it so quickly and earnestly At about 10 minutes, the manager came over himself to the aisle and informed me they weren't able to locate the seven that were in stock and let me know that more were coming in tomorrow and urged me to take a picture of the price sign with the order information so that I could call in to see if they had placed them out as opposed to making a trip down here again At that point another associate engaged with another team member and was informed that they knew where they were located in the store The store manager asked me to stay in the aisle and they would bring it to me Within a few minutes and associate approached me, asked me if I needed help and thanked me for my patience Wow!
