She did mention the warranty was only 1 month but she said it was user error that I messed the screen when clearly it's lifting from the bottom. This means it was not installed properly, she also said that i was assuming it was glued when i never mentioned anything from that sort. All I wanted was to have the screen fixed but with her bad customer service and poor attitude it was not possible. 0 star review if it was possible.

Said "$35 if we could take it out". $35 for a stripped screw. I respected it regardless and said ok. 45 minutes later told me they couldn't and then showed me an even worse screw. First of all, the technician of the shop didn't talk to me then. It was another employee who couldn't tell much about the result, besides that they couldn't. I had to ask for the tech, and then when he came out, he didn't tell me anything besides that "he tried" and ignored me, looking at his TV or something. I walked away and he sarcastically told me to "have a good day" afterwards. I came back after looking at the device and seeing how badly they messed it up. Told me that they worked for "free" and that I was "bitching" and told me to "get the fuck out of here". Firstly, why would you pay anyone for a failed repair, much less one that made more damage? I understand that he worked for the device to be fixed, but now I have no way to repair this device because of the damage that the technician made. I came in looking for help with an issue that started immediately after the repair, and I expected my concerns to be taken seriously. I had my iPhone screen replaced, and afterward I noticed a significant change in my battery life that I did not have before the repair. When I brought it to your attention, I was told that changing the screen could not affect the battery. What's even more frustrating is that you do not take the warranty seriously. Instead of standing behind your work, your wife made excuse after excuse and dismiss my concerns. I paid to have my phone repaired, and now I'm dealing with a battery issue that wasn't there before. Beware these major side effects just happened to me on an iPhone 12 (see attached )and almost 200$…read morelater I have major buyers remorse. The side effects are far worse than the minor crack I had. Weigh your options carefully. Other side effects include loss of water resistance and strength of screen. I should have done my research first but this was not disclosed by the staff other than a little printed disclaimer on the side of POS that I read after the repair started while I was waiting. This was not disclosed at time of intake and transaction. I am surprised by all the positive reviews. Yes it was installed quickly and cleanly but the product is inferior and expensive and the impact to the phone's performance is continuous and significant. When I asked the staff about this, after the the repair, I was then told I could replace it with actual apple glass if I was not happy with it but the material alone of that is $250 +labor (while this is a crazy price, the option was never even offered up front ) Not sure where to go from here ... probably just eagerly wait for my next phone upgrade in 1 year with an inferior product in hand...
