Said "$35 if we could take it out". $35 for a stripped screw. I respected it regardless and said ok. 45 minutes later told me they couldn't and then showed me an even worse screw. First of all, the technician of the shop didn't talk to me then. It was another employee who couldn't tell much about the result, besides that they couldn't. I had to ask for the tech, and then when he came out, he didn't tell me anything besides that "he tried" and ignored me, looking at his TV or something. I walked away and he sarcastically told me to "have a good day" afterwards. I came back after looking at the device and seeing how badly they messed it up. Told me that they worked for "free" and that I was "bitching" and told me to "get the fuck out of here". Firstly, why would you pay anyone for a failed repair, much less one that made more damage? I understand that he worked for the device to be fixed, but now I have no way to repair this device because of the damage that the technician made. We came in about 3 months ago with 2 sides of broken glass and specifically told the owner, if he cannot guarantee to fix the phone "perfectly" then do not bother wasting your time.Our intentions were to repair the phone and buy 2 new ones when AT&T has their buy one get one free offer.I knew if this phone was fixed "properly" we could sell it for at least $350.If not, Apple already told us they would let us turn the phone in for a new one for $399! Came into the shop a few weeks ago to get a screen replaced for my iPhone 8 Plus, specifically asked the guy about the quality of the screen he's installing since it's not an original iPhone screen. Obviously he told me it's a good quality screen and it shouldn't be a problem. No I was not expecting it to be like in original, after all it is a aftermarket Chinese screen (no offense to any Chinese person). so I trusted him and purchase the screen forover$70. Wasn't using the screen for more than a day and started realizing that the screen freezes/ lags/ and the 3D Touch does not work properly at all/. So I came in to ask if there is anything that could be done about it, since I work with my phone and it's very necessary for me to have it working good. He was extremely rude not trying to help telling me he DOESNT CARE about what I said he told me And it's an aftermarket screen so that's what it is. In his own words and I quote(I don't care what you think I told you, what I said was it's not a quality screen). And what right mind would a retailer say something like that about a product he is trying to sell. I would think twice before heading to his shop and giving him any business. Just finished getting the screen on my phone repaired . First impression, not so pleased. When I tested the phone I the shop, it seemed good to go. As I went home and started to play with it, it isn't working as well as it should. When I click on certain letters it will either not read it, or click on a different letter. Now I don't know if it is due to the screen protector I bought from them that's causing this issue, or the screen itself. Also, seems like the adhesive from the screen protector isn't holding up good since it is already peeling off. I will be back tomorrow and have Danny test it out himself. On the bright side, customer service was good, pricing was decent, as the replacement time was great. I just hope this issue can get resolved so that I can give them the review they deserve. Again, Danny did not disappoint! I called him in regards to the back cover of my phone coming off. I had mentioned to him that I had contacted HTC to send my phone in for repair and they quoted me at least $185.00 dollars. Danny had me bring it in and saw the issue right away. The battery had expanded, making the cover start to peel off. He replaced the battery and resealed it for only $69.00 dollars. In and out in about an hour. Now my phone is like new! I dropped and shattered the screen on my 2 1/2 year old iPhone 10. Trying to keep it as local and convenient as possible, I called and spoke to a very polite guy who quoted me a price. Wow, price was less than half of what Apple charges for the same service. Left work and headed to my evening job which is around the corner from NextGen. Arrived at 3:20pm and was advised it would be ready in 20 min. I returned 15 min later. After approx 5 min, I received my phone with a beautiful new screen. Super professional and polite. MY FIRST EVER ONE STAR! Congrats! This whole process was a nightmare. I have an iPhone XS and I called around a few different places to get the back glass repaired. This place had good reviews and was closest to my work so it was convenient. I use my phone everyday for work constantly and the kid Angel told me it would take 45 min so I went on my lunch break. I walked around the area and then came back an hour later, he said it would still be another hour or so. I went back to work, called them an hour later, he said he broke the flex cable during the repair and he would still be able to get the repair done today, just needed a bit longer. He called me back about two hours later and said he would have to wait til the manager came back in on Monday (it was Thursday) and that the manager could fix it, and would call me when it's done. I explained that I really needed my phone for work, and Angel said in these exact words "we will take care of the repair for you". To which I responded "so I won't have to pay anything?" And he said "no". Which honestly, made the situation of keeping my phone a little easier so I was okay with it. They did offer me an iPhone 5 loner phone, unfortunately it wouldn't stop freezing long enough to even make a call or send a text. Cut to Monday: thinking of course the manager would call me, I had to call them. I waited until 1pm. Spoke with the "manager" and he didn't know what I was talking about at first. The manager was the WORST PART of this entire process. He was absolutely awful. Angel was at least NICE, the manager was AWFUL. when I spoke to him about my frustration with everything he says "150 is still a good deal on the repair" and I was like "wait, angel said I won't be paying anything". He then laughed and was like "no, he must have meant for the part we damaged" WHAT??? NO SH*T! But that's NOT what angel said. I went back and fourth with this man and he tells me "why would we do the repair for free, you're just expecting a hand out". I never even ASKED for the repair to be free, Angel offered it for the inconvenience! Guys, I swear to god I'm not making this up. These are his exact words, the second phone call on which I recorded. They had the phone about two weeks. And honestly, the waiting, the loss of work, the whole inconvenience STILL would have been fine if that manager wasn't as horrible as he was. I was at work crying to the point that my coworker took my phone (he was listening to the conversation) and took over the entire thing for me because he didn't want me to have to deal with how they were being anymore. I felt like it was unfair that a person promised a 45 minute repair should has to pay the SAME price as someone promised the same thing, but they broke my phone, and it took 2 weeks. I felt scammed. Hard. When my boyfriend picked up the phone for me the owner Danny was there and covered the repair for free. THANK YOU DANNY. They ended up having to replace the phone so it's a new one. I am happy that the owner resolved the issue and was nice about the situation instead of saying I just "expected a handout". Honestly, I make good money, I would have paid MORE for quality service. Next time I will do just that and spend the extra money and go straight to apple. My advice to the customer: take the phone somewhere else. That manager is a real joke. I NEVER leave bad reviews but if I can save anyone from going through what I did with this whole process, then time wasn't wasted. Advice to the owner: Get a manager who will not make your company look awful. I respect small businesses and would have been a repeating customer, but your Manager should GO. I Deal with 100x more crap in a day from customers than you guys can probably dream of, and I know how hard it can be but if I ever talked to a customer like that: my owner would fire me on the spot. read more

Went in to repair the screen on an iPhone 6S Plus, the gentleman who helped me was Danny. He couldn't give me a price right away, he had to, "see what those repairs were going for", he then told me the price of 150. That should have been a red flag right away. I told him that Apple charges the same, he replied by telling me that it's the "same thing" expect for the fact that he does the repair in 20 minutes not several hours like at the Apple Store. Long story short he did the repair and the quality of work was actually good but the quality of the screen was not. Brightness was wrong, coloring was way off and CHEAP, and the screen made it looks like a faux iPhone, It was GLITCHY at first for a few hours as well. Don't say it's the same if it's not the same. I told him I wanted my old screen back to get it replaced by Apple instead and apparently he doesn't give refunds. At this point he's not happy and was incredibly RUDE. He did offer to process a return for the screen minus 50 dollars for his labor. Cherry on top, my total was 162.00 and the receipt says miscellaneous non-taxable item.... I don't recommend this place to anyone, really bad business ethic and dishonest. It's not a costumer service oriented place and unfortunately he doesn't care about taking care of costumers or wants them to come back. Make the time to get your phone repaired by Apple and not any other place that cannot buy the same quality parts. Don't be fooled like I was, no one can buy the same quality from Apple!!!! *Lesson Learned read more

I was offered X amount for a used phone then was offered a fraction of the price next time because there's to many an inventory. Then two weeks later I drop my phone off because it needs a screen come back an hour later and they don't have screens for the same phone that they were overstocked with. ***DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!***This place is a joke and very unprofessional. Contacted them through their website for a quote to clean my laptop and received no response (which is now down). I cleaned my Laptop before bringing in the storefront to get professionally cleaned after spilling coffee on it. Was quoted $35 initially for the service then charged $45 when I went to pick up my laptop because it was an "HP". Service was horrible, no call letting me know my my laptop was ready, fingerprints left on my screen, rubber feet were damaged upon return and initial inspection and was told "things happen during the disassembly sometimes" and was brushed off, cashier "Danny" lazily glued the rubber foot back to the bottom only after I insisted it be fixed. After taking it home for further inspection the back panel was not assembled back correctly causing the it to bend and after taking the panel off to reassembly correctly it doesn't appear ANYTHING was cleaned at all. Do not even trust them enough to bring it back in for them to fix. Save yourself time and money, go somewhere else!! read more

This was tough to review, but overall I gave what is fair. I came in the spring of 2014 to get my HTC 1 (M7) screen repaired. The yelp reviews looked good so I decided to check them out. No doubt Danny's Customer service was awesome. +1 star. Low price and a Yelp discount, let's add another star.+1 Now let's get to the quality of work. Phone was repaired later that day seemed great so far, however my phone was never the same after that. GPS, didn't work no more, My Top Speaker was blown out, and the screen itself would kinda pop out. -3 stars. I did call and he offered to fix the screen.+1 It was already tough being able to find time to get this repair done. So now I'm trying to catch him at work but could never catch him because of my busy semester and work schedule. 2 months later I just give up and just got a cover for the phone and Taped it together. In December 2014, my phone dropped the same way it did in the first place. LOL so now I just ended up buying a new one for less than the repair on EBay. Not happy about the quality of work and that I wasted precious time. I called two other shops to get my phone fixed and both quoted me a two-week timeframe to get it fixed which wouldn't work for me since I had an important trip planned. I called Next Gen Wireless on Saturday afternoon and my wife dropped it off for since I was working. Not only did Daniel and his team diagnose the problem- which wasn't the problem that the other two shops quoted me, but he had it fixed and ready to go with a very reasonable price considering the issues by Tuesday.
