I like coming here. I believe in the owner and his partner. They are good people and they really care for their clients. I never leave feeling anything less than exhausted. They change up the workouts amd they pay attention. It isn't intimidating like a meat market where I'm embarrassed to show my body or sweat. I feel so greatful to have found this gym. Yoga and kettle classes are great. Cycle class was crazy - wish they offered a classic spin class rather than all choreography based but everyone has their preference! Staff generally nice, facility generally clean, not above and beyond but overall, the energy inside is motivating and the lockers, mirrors, showers make for a very well-rounded facility that I love coming to! If there was a wishlist for this place i'd like to see more cold towels available to all guests, free mat rentals, commercial grade toilets (these seem residential), and better upkeep of CLEAN and available equipment (specifically resistance bands which run out a lot). BUT if this place ever closed id be quite sad- it is a fantastic addition to my weekly routine.

The instructor wore a microphone which makes for such a better class & did the whole workout making it easy to follow. The "Sanctuary" room This space is large enough to be a stand alone infrared yoga studio. Complete with its own entry and drop space before entering , such a beautiful yoga room. Makes you feel like you got a quality workout every time! Video instructors are great and tough! My fav classes are Hot Blast, Thunder, and Yoga but all are good. I felt unsure of where to even begin after falling off the wagon in my fitness journey. I was able to get a free intro session in with Olga, and she helped me regain the confidence and clarity I needed to fall back in love with the gym. She's incredibly personable and went through all my challenges, workout structures, and training experiences with detail and patience. She would sit down and re-arrange my workout routines and always made time to correct my form and guide me on days we weren't training together. If you're looking for a friendly, personable trainer who pushes you but still feels like a friend -- Olga is your person! She's really great at mind-muscle connection and has an amazing sense of humor. Helps the time go by, especially on days you feel like you're dragging yourself to the gym. In terms of the training area, this location is small but not crowded. You'll still be able to find a spot at the equipment you want. I've never had issues getting to where I needed to be by the end of my hour. From what I've heard, they are also getting new equipment in! There's always cleaning wipes available, and people are pretty good at cleaning up after themselves. The only thing I wish they had were paper towels or a towel service. Lastly, the staff at this gym are extremely supportive and understanding. Shout-out to Miguel for helping me get set up at the gym and helping me navigate my transition to a different coach/gym due to medical changes. They made the process smooth and I'm impressed by their professionalism, which many other local gyms lack. All in all, this is a fantastic gym for those looking to get a no-nonsense workout in and out! Very beginner friendly, and also the perfect size for introverts to really get a workout in.
