There is no doubt that Tony (owner) is the best hvac person you will ever deal with. He has a small shop and does the work himself so he literally knows where every screw goes and can standby his work! His pricing is fantastic (no fancy ad budget and staff to pay for), works with lots of general contractors or direct (I was a direct referral). We needed a new heating and a/c put into our older home. We were willing to wait 2 weeks until Tony had an opening to do the work. He showed up and my son let him in and he was commenting about attic access and told my son son that he had to go back to his office and regroup. About a half hour later I received a text that he had been hurt on a previous job and to good with our other bid. I tried calling him, but would not answer or return my call. I understand that he may have gotten in over his head on our job, but expected him to be more professional on how he handle it by text. Purchased 4 ton 16 SEER heat pump from this company. When my air went out in the midst of a heat wave Mark was here within an hour. He got the 17 year old 4 ton unit running in less than 30 minutes. I have had problems with the old heat pump for about two years. It had a habit of failure during the most miserable weather. By this time I had enough of a failing heating/ac system, This was my first time using Master Flow. In the past 17 years I have done business with almost everyone in the heating and air business in Fallbrook. Mark kept my old unit running at no repair charge to me, while he located a new unit, at my request, that met my specifications and my install timeline. At a convenient time to me, Mark installed a new unit in less than four hours. He even installed a double drip tray with a drainage pipe leading to the outside. (I previously learned a costly lesson on how important a drip tray is. That was a different Fallbrook heating and air company that did that install.) Mark is a professional. He takes his job seriously. He wants to please his customers. His prices are reasonable. He shows up on time. He completes the job in a timely manner. What more can you ask? read more
