I recently used Airtime to inspect the malfunctioning furnace for a rental condo I was selling, and the technician arrived promptly on a Monday morning and discovered the heat exchanger was cracked, so the furnace had to be replaced. The buyer had scheduled their property inspection for Wednesday morning, so I was pleased when the technician provided with a very competitive bid on the spot, and got the new furnace installed that afternoon. Fast forward to a couple weeks later when I ran into the same issue two days before another unit was scheduled to have its annual Section 8 inspection completed. Once again I got a same-day replacement at the same great price. Since then I had Airtime replace the furnaces in two more units (four total), and just had them change out a broken garbage disposal and water heater that was on its last legs--suffice to say their plumbing division was just as efficient and professional as their HVAC techs, and the pricing for those was extremely competitive as well. Do not go here!! They tried to charge me over $2k for a new condensate pump (over $800), which I found on Home Depot for $65. When I asked if I could buy my own pump, they refused to install it. The pump, blower cleaning, and coil cleaning were quoted at over $2100! I did some quick shopping around and found another company that quoted me at less than half of Airtime!! I got a PM done in my old A/C which was 18 years old. Angel came over and thoroughly went through it. Took photos on IPAD. Once he was done sat with me and went through all the photos and explained everything. It was working but it had its wear and possibly near the end of its lifetime. I ended up getting a new one and financing for 10 years at a reasonable rate. Angel and co worker did the install while I was at work. Took after photos and sent them to me. WOW you can tell the detail and cleanliness they did. They did not just install the new one but left things better than it was before. I would highly recommend them if just a tune up or a replacement. Angel did not sound like a salesman but a technician and I really like the how he explained and showed me. Operator was friendly, quick to schedule things, that wasn't the issue. The issue comes from the service person. First, Operator confirmed that they'll be here on a Monday between 8-11. I did receive an estimate from the service technician on a Saturday and he called and left a message, then received an e-mail saying that Ivan had arrived. It wasn't schedule on a Saturday, and how do you give me an estimate for something that you haven't looked at ($3K). So Monday comes, I'm sitting here working for 3 hrs waiting for a phone call that they're on their way. 10:45 am comes, I decided to call Ivan, he said I never confirmed that I was going to be home. I confirmed it with your operator to set it up. All he said was, "I'm sorry, but if you're home now, it'll take me a few hours to get there." So I just cancelled it, not sure if their quality was going to be good, but the timing of it was just ridiculous. read more

My AC wasn't getting cold and I had a home warranty guy come out and tell me I pretty much just needed a new system which was gonna cost me 10-15k, so I got a 2nd opinion and called these guys and it was the best decision I made. Brandon came out to look things over and we figured out what was wrong and then he gave me the best course of action. I can't say enough good things about this company. Michael and Joren were sent to troubleshoot a furnace that is 23 years old. Most companies would not bother fixing it and suggest that I buy a new one through them. Not these guys! They were honest and hardworking and so polite. And they fixed my problem! I woke up a couple days ago and my 2-bdr condo was freezing inside and I checked my thermostat and it was dark and wasn't operating!
