Customer service was good at the beginning and the pricing was reasonable as well. Before I got my battery replaced there was no damage to my windshield and | left with a cracked windshield. Before I even went to this place, I called in to make sure they'd be able to replace my battery correctly because my car requires for a cover, as well as other parts ( wipers / cowl ) to be removed and properly placed to correctly replace the battery without damaging anything ( LIKE THE WINDSHIELD !!! ) The owner whom I spoke with reassured me that he's worked on plenty of Infinitis and he understands how to replace that battery correctly because his daughter owned one. Anywho, after I receive my car and notice the crack, I called in not even 15 mins later and let them know that there's a crack in my windshield **RIGHT WHERE THE BATTERY IS LOCATED MIGHT I ADD** and the owner tells me that his mechanic did not crack my windshield and doubles down to say how that's impossible because the battery is located nowhere near the windshield, even though we've had an entire discussion about this beforehand. I took my car to the dealer that | got it from to get work done, and even the mechanic there pointed out that if my windshield had been cracked after getting my battery replaced, it was due to the mechanic not properly removing all of the necessary parts to replace that battery. I feel as if you all tried to play at my intelligence because I'm a woman and I'm young and you all think I don't know about cars, yet alone the car that I drive DAILY, but this is highly upsetting and I promise that was the first and last time you all will be seeing my business again. I understand we as humans are imperfect and we all make mistakes, which is why when I called in, I wasn't rude, angry, upset, etc....but to full on lie and practically insult my intelligence to avoid accountability on your end, especially as a business, is distasteful.

After 20 seconds of wiping it, I was told that they were not at fault and that the smoke should improve after about a day. Richard would not offer any sort of reimbursement and said he would be fine with having his children in the smoky car because the mechanics do it all the time. Employees were outside playing with a drone upon arrival but didn't have the thought to clean up a mess of oil before returning the car to its owner (which may have prevented the severity of this to begin with). Once again, none of this a failure of Mavis according to management. I would've been fine with an I'm sorry, I'll talk to them and here's a coupon for your next visit. Please visit anywhere else and save yourself the money.

Everyone I dealt with was very cordial and the place is very clean, however, after working on my vehicle the FIRST time and was told the work was done- as soon as I cranked my vehicle, it was blatantly obvious it was still misfiring because while sitting idle it would shake and as I left to take the vehicle home it was still blowing hot air(cold was no where in sight). After they worked on it a SECOND time and was told the vehicle was fixed as soon as I cranked my vehicle, it was blatantly obvious it was still misfiring and when I drove my vehicle home no cold air in sight. After taking the vehicle back a THIRD time and was told the vehicle was fixed-now the vehicle is running extremely sluggish (barely wanting to go)-not until after they worked on it did the catalytic converter go bad, (at least that is what I was told was wrong). The A/C was getting cool at the time I left, but it didn't last and the misfiring was not as bad meaning it was still shaking a little- $2400 later, all I could do is take my vehicle home and park it. Then my husband asked about our bright lights going off and on , this person got mad and he was not going to do that we would either wait there until he found the time! The way we were treated let's us know one thing , that our problems came from the service department's inability to honestly approach each customer without being bias attitude, we are all equal and want the same thing in life, that's to be treated with kindness and respect, nothing more!
