I contacted Steve via text and via e-mail very courteously to fulfill the requirement of the warranty on a few rose bushes his team planted for me at our main home that never grew. Four of the ones that he planted for us died. He responded and scheduled a time to come and replace them. On the day he scheduled to come, he called and said that the roses were not in stock and would be the following Monday. I never heard from him the following Monday. His team them abruptly scheduled a date and time to come to plant something that I received via e-mail and didn't know on that date and time either, which was a Sunday afternoon. I kindly parked with flags the plants that needed to be replaced under the warranty from an over $1000 purchase I made on plants. The communication is subpar and I fear they do not want to fulfill the stipulations of the warranty on plants. Beware of this type of interaction and any promise they make on warranty fulfillment when you purchase services from this company.

The cost was affordable compared to many bigger companies and Avelardo really knew what he was doing. He traced the main line from the valve to the source and only dug where he needed. All done in about 2 hours with drying time for the glue in the pvc pipes. Highly recommended. They do prefer text or messages since they might be on the job. Best advice is to stay flexible. Their response and scheduling time fluctuates and they are a small team working across the metro. Took me about 3 days for them to get back to me with intermittent messages and text but it worked out.

The biweekly lawn service includes more than any other service I have signed up for - edging, mowing, bush trimming, and bagging sticks, etc. as needed. Not only do they show up when they say they will, but they also communicate with me regularly by sending emails or texts to check in on how things are going. I was able to meet Marian, the owner, to get a quote on some landscaping projects we have in mind and she was kind and helpful. We haven't moved forward with the landscaping projects yet but will definitely go with Metro Atlanta Lawn Care when we are ready to proceed. Can't recommend this company enough!

Kids in my neighborhood charge less than $100 and leave it looking better than these guys did. When I raised my concerns, they completely stopped responding.
