My wife and I woke up extra early to get her to work so I could return in time for my appointment at Sil's 09:00. When I arrived with the Jimmy at 08;50, I was informed by your new service advisor Will that they did not have a booking for me and did not have a loaner car either. I asked how long if I waited? His response was a blase "several hours" and the courtesy vehicle ride was not offered. Now, I have a cane (and sometimes a walker) and clearly disabled however I had the distinct impression that this new service advisor left me with only one option if I wanted an oil change and that was to walk home. Efficiency and time organization is key in my day to day job, so relying on a mechanic to complete a job at the expected time is needed. I called early around 10am to book an appointment. The reception is very nice, she has great customer service. She booked me in for 12pm and advised it'll take 45 mins. The safety would cost $60. I decided to stay in their waiting room, they have free wifi, coffee and water. Excellent space for me to do my work. I took 3 phone calls and sent numerous emails to my clients and business partners. I didn't realize time was going by, next thing I know it's 1:15pm. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes. I asked the receptionist when will my car be completed. She didn't know, she asked the mechanic. I find out the car isn't even on the hoist yet, not touched just sitting in their garage. What a waste of time. I politely asked for my keys back, I have to be somewhere by 2:00pm. I advised to the receptionist, it would've been nice if someone communicated with me that my car will take another hour, or the mechanic is backed up or any communication would've been appreciated. I expected 45 mins from what they told me to get a safety, I leave an hour and fifteen minutes later and absolutely nothing was done. I won't be coming back.
