This one was no different, Calling in I asked if they had a part to fix the rear passenger shock mount as it had failed due to wear. A 20$ Item, 3 screws easily accessible, and 10 minutes of work with an impact driver and WD-40. After calling i was LIED to when the front desk had said that the shock i was looking for was fused and the 20$ part unfortunately has to be a 150$ entire shock replacement as well as an estimate of maximum 100$ for the labour. I took his word for it and agreed to the service.... little did I know.... this was not the case. I asked for my old part back and easily popped off the mount from the rubber gasket and made mention that I must not have had the "factory model" he talked about over the phone. Alas, after lying again and saying Mazda doesn't sell it separately, he shortly corrected himself a minute later saying that they do not buy them separately (no need to get it from Mazda, Napa sells the same KYB mount (Mazda's factory shock choice) or dorman substitute). Irregardless charging me 50$ more than the cost of the suspension. valuing his mechanics service at 300$/hr (took 20 minutes in total in/out while moving slower then a sloth) and openly lying to a customer you'd be better off at a Canadian Tire auto service. Heed WARNING to those who do not know different, speed and monetary cost is in the eye of the beholder and this Snake Oil salesman sells a bitter brew of lies.

They lack competence, respect & empathy…read more In April of 2023, I reached out to GoWrenchAuto to have my off rim tires swapped. I had recently purchased new tires online. Unfortunately, during the service, all four rims were damaged, with scoring on the outer perimeter and claw marks on at least two of the rims. As soon as I noticed the damage, I contacted GoWrenchAuto and provided them with photos as evidence. However, the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO), Kolton, took his time and only responded after I left a Google review detailing my experience. He suggested I remove my 1 star Google review until the issue could be fixed. The CBDO acknowledged the damage caused by the tire swap and assured me that the rims would be repaired when I removed the tires again. He suggested that I contact him outside of Tire Season, as it would be easier to get the service completed. In February of 2024, I contacted the CBDO to arrange for the pickup of the rims for refinishing. They were picked up promptly, but I did not receive any updates for a month until I inquired once again. At this point, I realized that dealing with the CBDO was futile, so I requested Joshua Lobardo-Bottema to take over. However, he was unwilling and directed me back to the CBDO, citing personal issues that only the CBDO could handle. On April 18th at 10:50 AM, a set of Mazda Rims was delivered to my home as promised by the CBDO. However, they were removed just five minutes later as they did not belong to me. I received a call from the CBDO explaining that they had mistakenly delivered the incorrect tires/rims. He claimed that he had only just realized that my rims had been sitting in some corner due to the specific bags I had stored my tires in. Since February, my rims had not been touched. The CBDO had promised to personally deliver the rims, but that never happened. Finally, on April 30, the rims were delivered, but they were only washed and not refinished. Furthermore, the GoWrenchAuto agent once again piled the tires in a corner, disregarding the useless instructions of the CBDO. The CBDO offered to pick up the rims and attempt to service them for the first time, but I declined. I had no choice but to put the rims back on my car, as I was not willing to let GoWrenchAuto service them for a third time.

When I got the phone call from Kevin about how much the repair would be , I asked if the fluids were check. I got a big O Ya we did. They are fine. I asked also if the maintenance light could be turned off. When I go the car the maintenance light was still on. I checked the fluids myself and automatic transmission fluid and the power steering fluid were low. The only thing this shop is good at that you can trust is them making out the bill. Since the oil filter was not changed , I was forced to go to Lexus dealer garage to change the oil filter. You can imagine my surprise, when Lexus mechanic told me that tires were not rotated either! As you can see , on the Master Mechanic invoice one of two items listed is "rotated tires". I called Master Mechanic, they ask me to come back for rotation. BUT, ONCE I HAVE BEEN LIED TO, MY TRUST IS LOST. Lexus also changed the oil filter without any problems. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED MASTER MECHANIC HIGH PARK. They did not call me for a month and when I'm calling them they are not available. so I decided to look for a real mechanic who can do a real diagnosis of my car, and I found this placecalled Reliance Auto Mechanic. The owner was very nice to me and said, " don't worry my friend I will take care of you!" after less than 30 minutes, they found the problem and it's not the compressor! It's just a dirty throttle body and weak battery. they fixed it and in no time my car is now running smoothly!! It turns out the auto company who made my car no longer makes the part needed. I paid them the fee I had agreed to up front even though they told me it would be rebated against the actual repair. The service person recommended I go to a national muffler franchise, that they could make the specific parts, and my car would be fixed at a reasonable cost. So i went to muffler franchise they recommended. I got a quote for a whole new exhaust from the engine to the tailpipe. I poliitely thanked them for the quote and left. Well, I thought that my existing car was not worth fixing. But before I gave up on driving my car again I thought I would check with one more muffler expert, Speedy Auto on Fisherman Drive in Brampton. The staff were friendly and offered to put the car up on the hoist and give me a quote. I was pleased with quote and the repair was completed within the hour. We went to Laird Automotive Services for the first time today. Surprisingly, we'd never been before…read moreeven though they're located only a block from our house. Our Suzuki needed its emissions test in order to renew our plates and we'd read on Yelp that this place was the best bet. We were greeted pretty much the second we walked in the door. We gave them the keys and within (no word of a lie) 1 minute, our car was already being worked on. In less than 10 minutes we had the keys back in our hands and the job was done. And it was only $30! While we were waiting, another employee came out to make sure we were being attended to. This shows me that the service is good and I certainly have to say they were very efficient. There's a nice, comfy leather couch in the waiting area and there was a big basket filled with Lindor chocolates to snack on. All in all, we were very happy with the service and will most likely be going back when we need to!
