Brought the car to Toyota and the before (when these guys were finished with it) EVERYTHING was badly out of alignment. The rear control arms were clearly not even touched with a wrench therefore no adjustment made when they desperately needed it. Pretty bad when these guys charge absolute top dollar for an alignment ($115). Not to mention the alignment rack is probably 20+ years old.

Everything seemed to go well and the car drove a bit smoother after the alignment. The owner remarked that the car definitely needed it as well. The price was reasonable. It would have been five stars if there was wifi. There seemed to be a network, but I didn't ask for the password because when I asked on the phone when scheduling, the women said there was no public wifi. Just a bit annoying to be in a waiting area for an hour with no access to wifi during working hours. I'll definitely come back here if needing another alignment, but I'd probably opt to drop the car off & come back next time.
